This is a Tidewater "L" Plan which features a gulf front master bedroom and the WIDEST Balcony in all of Tidewater. This beautiful 16th floor condo will sleep 6 with a King Bed in the master, a bunk area with 2 FULL size bunk beds ideal for kids, and the queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Two full bathrooms and in unit washer/dryer along with granite countertops and stainless appliances are just a few of the awesome features of this condo.

You MUST be at least 25 years old to book this property per Tidewater HOA rules! You will be asked to show ID upon arrival.

Tidewater Beach Resort charges a $35+tax+credit card fee as total resort fee.

Beach Chairs are NOT included with the rental.

Tidewater beach resort is located less than a mile west of pier park and will be the first building you see when driving from the airport. Tidewater features: 2 huge lagoon style pools with tiki bars - 2 gulf front hot tubs - huge gulf front work out facility - sauna - steam room - on-site movie theater - large conference room (great for corporate gatherings) - indoor heated pool - on-site coffee shop - on-site game room! -and much more!!! The resort is located on over 630' of beach frontage, you can have a blast in the water para sailing, jet skiing, and wind surfing, or just relax on the beach with a good book!

Parking is free and covered and would fit any regular size vehicle up to 7 feet. Guests are given permits for 2 cars.

We had a great time at this condo. The building was nice, the owner was always readily available with any questions or concerns. The view was great, overall great experience.

My only concern was the bed had a steel frame underneath the mattress which made sleeping or resting very hard and also the pillows were flat and too soft…

Upon arriving check in was super efficient and easy. Unloading is not a problem since it is well mapped out with plenty of carts The room was clean and comfortable with an amazingly large balcony and beautiful views of the gulf. There was plenty of seating on the balcony as well. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, pots and pans, dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. It also had a large refrigerator and freezer. The living room was comfortable with 2 couches. Overall the unit was comfortable, clean and spacious. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Could have been cleaner, not an updated condo. Couldn’t hardly get into the fridge due to the handle hitting the stove. Garbage disposal didn’t work. No light that would work in the bunk room, several bulbs out in the bathrooms.

It offers a very nice view over the beach and enables watching marine animals out in the sea, such as turtles, dolphins and sting-rays. It is also very quiet from the bustling beach, yet very close to Pier Park and all its attractions
