The house was so welcoming, perfect for a football weekend! Great to come back to after a long day of tailgating with the students and the game at the Big House.

Ann Arbor stay.

Hosts very gracious, helpful and involved. Great place. Great back yard with a firepit. Close to town, close to the stadium. Very clean and comfortable. Hope to stay again!

Michigan football weekend

This home was perfect for our family to stay for a football weekend! Close to the stadium, close to downtown Ann Arbor. The home is lovely! Barb and her family are great hosts!

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to campus and the Big House. Very clean and cute. Comfortable beds. Friendly and accommodating host. We were auto sleep 6 adults comfortably. Highly recommend!

Cute family home in a quiet neighborhood close to the Big House

Four friends celebrating their 60th birthdays stayed here. The owner was fantastic to communicate with and their home was ideal. The Big House is just down the road and the town was close by. The home is cozy with a lovely backyard.

We loved our stay at Barb and her family’s house. It was a perfect setup for our family - kids loved the bunks and playing downstairs. Adults loved the kids playing downstairs ;) and workout equipment and coffee-making options. Everything was as described and Barb went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, and left us some yummy treats as well. Location was amazing, walkable to the Big House, parks and Main St. would definitely recommend and love to come back.

Great place and location

The owners were very responsive with excellent communication throughout our stay. The fresh eggs from their chickens was a special treat. The yard was a dream with a nice fire pit. Walking distance to everything. Overall fantastic!

The Perfect House in AA

We sincerely enjoyed our time in this home. It felt was warm and inviting, cozy yet spacious. The owners went out of their way to have it ready for us. We came into town for graduation weekend and the location could not have been more ideal. It was an easy walk to the Big House. We felt close enough to town that we could walk or take a short uber (if we were feeling tired) yet far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful. We feel so grateful we were able to spend our weekend in this home.

Great House for Homecoming Weekend

We had a great time staying here. The house was great for our families to enjoy Friday night, pre-game and post game. The house was very clean and organized! We had plenty of space for people as well as our cars and food. The kids of the group enjoyed the toys, games, books & Legos available to use for our short stay. We enjoyed the back yard game day as well as the park down the street. We had a short drive to campus and to the local grocery stores. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Great Location!

What a lovely home! It was perfect for us. We booked this home to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from UMich. It proved to be a wonderful location, great for scenic walks, outdoor relaxing and very convenient to The Big House. My family was so appreciative when we walked to the graduation and did not have to pay $80 per vehicle for parking. Yikes! The home is filled with peaceful, cozy retreats, yet still has ample area to gather as a group and visit. We appreciated the personal touches and were delighted to discover a yoga space, perfect for our three generations of yoga enthusiasts. Barb was incredibly accommodating, and I am so thankful for the wonderful memories created in her enchanting home.

One of the best VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in! Our group of six was in Ann Arbor for a college reunion and went to a UM game. The place couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s absolutely charming— so nicely decorated—and is fully stocked with anything one might need for a weekend away. The back yard was delightful, with a lovely patio and garden. The beds were very comfortable (including the convenient air mattress for the basement). The house has a lot of wonderful exercise equipment, which was a plus. And if all of this wasn’t enough, the location was ideal…we easily walked to the game and downtown, and loved taking walks in the beautiful neighborhood. The owner Barb was incredibly responsive and kind. If I could give the house a 10 stars review out of five, I would :)!

Ideal Weekend Stay

Our stay at the house was so enjoyable! The house has a fun decor and great spaces for relaxation. We stayed at the house for a gameday weekend and had a great time. Barb is a tremendous host.

Perfect Little House In Ann Arbor

We stayed here for a Michigan football weekend and it was perfect. Its walking distance to the stadium/campus and tons of fun bars and restaurants … and shopping! The house itself had everything we needed and Barbara and her husband were super nice and helpful. The backyard was really big and had a grill and tables out there to hang out ( weather permitting) ...They left us instructions for everything we may need to know, and they were really welcoming! We will definitely be back next year! Thank You Barb and family we LOVED your home!
