This gorgeous, super clean, 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath home is located on one of Florida's best undiscovered beaches. Watch the sun rise on one side and set on the other. It offers guests spectacular views of Santa Rosa Sound, a community swimming pool and hot tub in a private gated community, deeded/private beach access to Santa Rosa Sound Beach, and a short walk to the beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Water views in every direction!

This house is conveniently located for any water you want!!! It is a ONE MINUTE walk to the swimming pool and hot tub that is inside the gated community. You only need to walk a short 2 MINUTES to the Santa Rosa Sound Beach that you can view from the back deck of the house. And you can be at the Gulf Beach (which you can also view from the back deck) in a short 7-MINUTE walk!!! (By the way - Parents and small children like the Santa Rosa Sound Beach because it is more secluded with gentle waves. Teenagers tend to prefer to walk to the Emerald Shores Beach on the Gulf Side to see more activity and be social).

Our gated-community is on the sound side and has lots of sandy beach and calm water. Plus, behind our house is open, undeveloped park land with sand and sea oats - perfect for kids to explore. Keep in mind that parking is limited to the driveway and garage only. No street or curbside parking is allowed.

For technology, we have Wi-Fi available, large flat-screen smart TVs, an Ultra High Definition 4K TV in the living room, and the Netflix app available on the Smart TVs. (Please remember to log off of your Netflix account before you leave). If you prefer music at the beach, we suggest that you bring a waterproof, sandproof bluetooth speaker for trips to the beach.

Family vacation

Our family loved this vacation spot. There was plenty of space for our large family. Kids loved the amenities. Quiet neighborhood. We would stay there again.

Holiday

Family vacation with 8 people, ages 6-72. Convenient access to pool. Soind side, and ocean side. Enough space for all of us to be comfortable. Great stay!

Navarre Vacation

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The neighborhood was very peaceful, and the house was immaculate. All the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We were able to enjoy the beautiful beach, Destin, and Pensacola from this location. This is a great place to stay!

Beautiful home near beach and sound... perfect location!

Our family loved our visit to Navarre Beach and this was the perfect house for us... everything we needed to enjoy the beach and the sound (which was so nice for swimming / paddle boarding / fishing). Kids loved the community pool and hot tub. Also, we cooked a lot and it was nice to have such a well-stocked kitchen. Beds were super comfortable!

Great beach vacation

Great house at a nice location. The rooms were spacious and well laid out. We really liked the garage and all the beach stuff available to use like the paddle board and kayak. The air conditioning was not working when we arrived but the owners got a repair guy to come out on a Saturday evening and get it fixed.

Beautiful Accomendations

AJ and Maggie's home is absolutely beautiful. There was enough room for our entire family, everybody had their own space. It's was such a blessing for the Bahou's to share their home with us. Our children and grandchildren had a wonderful time and loved being in a quiet and inviting place. Navarre is a beautiful place to vacation and AJ and Maggie's home is the best place to stay.

GREAT house for our two families!

We had a fantastic stay here. The house was incredible for our two families with 6 kids between us. The house is spacious, well decorated, clean, and so comfortable. We all really enjoyed it. The owner is also super responsive when we had questions while we were there! I do recommend golf cart rental for trips to the ocean side and then you can walk to the sound side very easily. Highly recommend!

Great house!

6 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 toddlers: everyone pleased. House was well laid out and nicely equipped with fun paddle boards and a kayak. We can down right after a tropical storm and we’re grateful for the sound. While the Gulf side had two red flags up, due to riptides, we enjoyed the calm of the sound.

Chillaxing

Navarre Beach is exactly what they say, a wonderful secret of non commercialized beautiful beaches. The weather can be iffy at this time of year, but that didn’t make it any less than perfect. The vacation home was perfect for 2 families (2 masters and a bedroom for the boys and a bedroom for the girls and to top it off they all had bathrooms)! The house was well equipped with everything we needed for the week, between drinking coffee on the balcony, mastering the puzzles, relaxing on the beach or at the pool, it was amazing. One should note that there is not a lot of restaurants and shops on the island but a quick drive to Destin or Pensacola fed that fix. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much!

Best Family Vacation!

We love visiting Navarre Beach. This house was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed. great amenities. Very Clean. Beautiful views. We used bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, Buggy boards, shovels and buckets all in the garage. Plenty of space, Comfortable beds. Kitchen was awesome. Pool and hot tube in a gated community on the sound side but walking or biking distance from a public beach entrance. Can we just move in? We loved it and would totally stay here again. Host was great also. Quick to respond.. Thank you for use of your beautiful home.

Quiet, beautiful, easy

This property is located adjacent to a national seashore. The house is decorated beautifully and has everything you need. We made the switch from 30-A hoping to avoid the traffic and crowds, and we all voted for Navarre Beach. Navarre doesn't have some of the 30-A amenities, but it's definitely closer to nature, quieter, and we felt more relaxing. Crystal clear water, close to grocery store, room outside for the kids to play. Owners were very responsive when we requested a small appliance ahead of time. Also, this house provided a kayak, paddle boards, and lots of water toys.

Plenty of Room for All

We had two families with teenagers and there was plenty of room for everyone. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom so everyone can get ready quickly. The air conditioner works better than almost anywhere we have ever stayed. Even the upper level stays cool and refreshing. The rental process was smooth and simple. Maggie answered all my communication quickly. The house is just as described in the listing. The view of the sound and surrounding homes is beautiful. We highly recommend renting a golf cart as you have your pick of public beach accesses.

The property is lovely!

My two daughters, their husbands, three grandchildren and I enjoyed 5 days at this lovely Navarre Beach vacation home.As it is well furnished and very spacious, we were very comfortable. The refrigerator did go out, but it was promptly repaired the same day. My main complaint is the rental company. I was charged for the insurance in one of the payments, but the money was never forwarded to the insurance company. Therefore the insurance company cancelled my insurance and i had to take out another policy which they charged me for. I ended up with two charges on my credit card which has not been resolved at this time. I spent untold hours trying to get this straightened out. Though i was extremely satisfied with the house and the owners, I would not rent from this company again!!!

Spring break

Property was lovely and well appointed. We had only one difficulty and did not have the code to get into the restrooms at the pool. This did cause some inconveniences with the young children. Other than that, if you are looking for a quiet week, this is the perfect spot. You will have to drive a bit to find some higher quality restaurants and activities. We chose not to and enjoyed the quiet time on Navarre Beach. Having both the Gulf and the Sound at your easy disposal along with a pool provided many water options for the kids and young adults. Red flags every day meant perfect weather for the Sound for kayaking, swimming and paddle boarding. We brought our own, however the owner had many options available as well. The beach chairs were very rusty and stained clothing. My recommendation would be to replace the chairs/umbrellas as they are old/not working properly/rusted. This was by no means a deal breaker for us and may not be for others. Again, the property was spotless/welcoming/well appointed. Owner was attentive and extremely gracious.

Fantastic & Relaxing vacation location!

This house is absolutely fabulous! We were looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation (away from the busy work & school schedules) and we got it!! The views of the ocean & beach off the main deck are spectacular in the mornings to watch the sunrise...... relaxing morning spot (comfy furnishings too) for coffee before starting the day! The lower patio has outdoor shower and plenty of seating to relax there as well. Every room is spacious and open with great light through the many windows. The kitchen has every modern convenience you'll need and plenty of counter space (big island with seating) to cook if you want. The owners have provided dishes, pots / pans, pot holders, towels, bedding, etc for all you need. Really well organized and stocked for guests to be there. All of the bedrooms are very roomy with huge closets. Each bedroom has it's own private bath which was great for all the family members to have their own space and privacy. Full sized laundry room making it easy to do laundry as you need. The next best thing about this house is location! It's so close to the beach and has easy walking paths. The house is in a gated community so locked at night and safe..... really quiet at night. Only minutes from many restaurants, groceries, activities, etc so lots of things to do nearby. Not very far to drive to Pensacola if you want to explore attractions and food there also. We will definitely be back to stay again!

This beach house has everything necessary for a fabulous family vacation!

We spent a first class week in the beach house. The owners have gone above and beyond to make your stay (and your leaving) easy. Even in the hottest part of the summer this location shines. Walk to the sound, the ocean, pool or lounge in one of 3 sitting porches. Go inside for cool comfort with a beautiful view of the sand and sound. We had 9 adults and 1 child with us and never felt crowded. The kitchen and dining area perfectly met our needs. We only went on one outing to see the Blue Angels practice in Pensacola. I'm so glad we went even though we saw the Blue Angels do brief practice fly overs from the sound. The next day Sage Paddleboards delivered SUP's right to our beach! This company was started 4 years ago and is owned by a beautiful 15 year old dynamo named Sage. She is all about service and satisfaction. I have never been so impressed by a young entrepreneur. Please consider her kayaks and SUP's. (850) 396-3044. My family paddled with pods of dolphins ("dolfriends" to my daughter) right off the beach in the sound. We spent time at 4 different beaches within walking or 8 minute driving distance from our home. Ride a bike into the Santa Rosa refuge or down to the Navarre pier. For $1 you can see sea turtles in the water. The owners immediately responded to any queries. I hope to return to this home soon. Even the neighbors were kind. Treat yourself to the treasures of Navarre Beach.

The home was as nice as shown in the pictures. The host was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay in Navarre all we could have hoped. We would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful and clean

Quiet neighborhood, clean house, walk along the sound right out your back door. Quick access to all the great beach spots. I highly recommend renting this beauty! We had zero issues but I knew the owners were just a phone call or text away.

Perfect house, perfect location!

The house was perfect for a family vacation. We had 8 adults and 2 toddlers, and we all felt like there was plenty of space where we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The house was beautifully maintained and very clean. We loved there were even things such as kid plates, kid utensils, pack n plays and even things such as a baby swing if you had any babies with you. The options of 2 beaches was perfect for our twin 3 year olds. Being this was their first time to the beach, the gulf side was a bit loud but they loved the calm waters of the sound. The gulf side was a little more of a walk, especially with little ones, so we drove and parked at the public access. We never had any trouble finding parking. It’s a great location where beaches aren’t very crowded. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to get ahold of if anything was needed. We definitely will keep this property in mind for any future vacations 😁
