You can stay here for one night or more. It is a fully furnished apartment with all the equipment you will need to prepare meals and enjoy your stay. There are two king size beds for your sleeping comfort. The apartment has a washer and dryer, is air conditioned with its own thermostat It is a fully furnished apartment.

We have an extra king suite here as well. An extra bedrooms available if needed. We are one block south of the condos. We do not have a pool or clubhouse.

Memorial Day Weekend in St. George

Stayed for the 4 day weekend. Loved that the place was pet friendly. I didn’t worry about my dog while we were out exploring at all. Everything we needed was provided for us in the apartment. Really convenient that my friend and I each got our own bathroom. I love love loved the porch swing. I wish I had one at my house, that was my favorite part. Didn’t interact with the home owners, ran into them once by chance (not complaining, just stating). Parking was a little confusing, we were given directions to park somewhere but someone was parked in a spot where we were told to park. We were able to figure it out regardless. Thank you!

SO much better than a hotel!

Met the owner's daughter as we checked in, very friendly and helpful. Convenient location for anything in the area, not far to I15 ! Loved the swing on the porch! Plenty of household supplies for the week. Our group cannot survive without a washer/dryer, so the apartment had everything we needed. Had son and his girlfriend over for dinner - crockpot sure came in handy for this so-so cook (Could use a little more silverware though.)

Peace & Quiet

This is a wonderful place. The hosts are very accommodating and respectful of one's privacy. It's a great getaway from the rat-race. The view from the patio - of the stark bluffs, mountains and the green valley - is mesmerizing!

Huntsman's world games

Rose and Bob were wonderful. They made the check in so easy. This place had all the comforts of home. Beautifully decorated and very well stocked. Location was great. Definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful

A Work In Process

Rose and Bob were very friendly and hospitable....main room and kitchen were exactly as pictures show. I wondered why there were no pictures of the two king bedrooms. This is in the basement of the owners home and at a different address than stated in the VRBO app or on any of the confirmations. It is a work in process and while the 2 bedroom villa in the basement was finished....there were construction tools and lumber around where the villa entrance is. The villa was nicely set up but very cluttered and way over decorated. So many dusty flowers and trees and pictures. The dust on everything was a bit of a problem for all of us. It fit two couples nicely and the kitchen seemed very well stocked with everything. Overall...it has great potential, just needs to be cleaned up a bit. Very centrally located to everything!

Quiet apartment with beautiful view of valley

We really enjoyed our stay at this well furnished apartment in St. George. Bob and Rose are great hosts. We especially liked sitting on the back porch in the morning and evening, enjoying the view. Everything needed to dine in or recommendations for dining out are provided.

Wonderful Experience

The condo was beautiful and well stocked. Communication with the owners was efficient and informative. Location is wonderful! Definitely hope to stay here again.

Great condo!

We came down for our Fall Break and this condo was perfect for our family! We love staying somewhere that's not a hotel. We traveled with our 11-year-old daughter and our goldendoodle, and the second-floor condo was perfect. We used the main swimming pool and the lap pool and both were wonderful. I love having a full kitchen, and the 2 king beds in this place were great. The grounds are well-maintained and it's quiet yet in a fantastic location. We went to a show at Tuachan, which is only 15 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view

Nice comfortable bedding and all the bathroom accessories included, except blow dryer. Very nice owners. Access to tennis courts, pool and clubhouse.

Lovely place to relax and enjoy

The apartment was totally furnished with everthing we needed. The king beds were great and comfortable. The sheets and linens were excellent as was the decorating. We do want to come back again to enjoy ourselves and see more of southern Utah.
