Fantastic house in a great setting

Everything about the house was top notch. Plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, heated private pool which was fun in the afternoons and six person golf cart. Responsive help from the management team when we ran into issues with the garage code. Would highly recommend.

Great location, updated large home

We love staying in Santa Rosa. This home checked all the boxes for our stay. Water Color Inn beach access, bunk room, nice guest rooms, bikes, golf cart and pool. We will try to re-book for our next trip.

We loved staying at Duneswale. The house was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had fun sitting by the pool at home and enjoyed the lazy river at Camp Watercolor. Also really enjoyed going everywhere in the electric cart provided with the home. Great week!

This was our second trip to Watercolor. It was just as good if not better the second time. I don't think we will have another summer that we don't spend a week in this beautiful town. It is a pure delight.

Wonderful trip with two families in WaterColor. 360 Blue provided awesome service and the house had every amenity that we could have wanted or needed. Exceptional attention to detail and awesome response time (chat was great) to the few questions or needs we had. Again, an awesome experience and will use again in the future.

Beautiful home. But the place was not well cleaned. For the price you pay, you should have a spotless place and excellent service. We ran low on toilet paper the last two days, juggling between bathrooms. We also ran out of paper towels and napkins around Wednesday. We asked for more but none were delivered. The floors were really dirty if you looked underneath tables and counters, etc. Leaves in the backyard had not been raked out so they constantly were getting in the pool. The pool lights were out so we had no lights at night. The replaced the lights on Friday afternoon. The doors on the entertainment center were falling off, creating a hazard for feet.

Our small women’s retreat was Absolutely splendid. The home was tastefully decorated and well appointed. The spirit of the owners was apparent upon entry and the 360 concierge support exceeded our expectations. Love Love Love the community for our summer women’s getaway.

Impeccable home! We conducted our ladies retreat, and DuneSwale delivered a variety of personal spaces for self reflection and the opportunity to power down. The communal spaces were equally welcoming. The home encouraged openness, authenticity and lots of laughter! Thank you to 360 Blue for your responsiveness to our guest needs...everything from towels to beach yoga. Your staff was friendly and professional. Thanks Emily for making our holiday a memorable one. We enjoyed a spectacular week in a magnificent home where no detail is spared. Our gang loves to cook and was in heaven with everything we needed to make fabulous meals. We loved every minute and are waiting to hear back about a 2018 reservation. We had so much fun and laughter in this beautiful home.

I've been to Watercolor twice before but for only a few days. This is the first time we came as a family and rented a home for a full week. The house was perfect and your application is so great as it offers all the information needed. This is an amazing area for a family and we want to come back every summer! We loved the swimming pool and so did Lila!

Our family absolutely loved our stay in DuneSwale this June! We come to 30a 2-3 times a year with family and this house was fabulous. So beautiful and relaxing! We are counting the days until our next visit!

We came with a group of 10 ladies and had the absolute best time! The house is so fabulous, clean and just perfect! We were worried the walk to the beach and down to Seaside would be so far, but it was perfect. We walked back and forth a couple of times a day and enjoyed the scenic route. We would highly recommend this home for an adult or kid vacation! we will be back!

Wonderful time for us four. We unplugged and relaxed. The house was amazing. We needed or wanted nothing. It was truly great. In fact, so great that we re-booked for the same time next year. Total greatness!

August 2016 Stay

This is our third time renting from 360Blue and we couldn't be any happier with the service. Our first two rentals were in Watersound and our most recent was at Duneswale in Watercolor. The house was stunning and fully equipped to meet all of our needs. The Watercolor community was fantastic and close to everything. We cant wait to come back again next year, but hopefully for two weeks, as one week was not enough time in paradise.
