'Salty Escape' is newly purchased and completely remodeled for 2021! Our home is located in the perfect location to everything at 360 Red Cedar Way. Our newly remodeled home includes 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, (1 king bedroom/bathroom, plus 1/2 bath on the main level).

We are located just 1 block from Camp Watercolor and the WC tennis courts, and near the Seaside bike cut through. Our home is beautifully and spaciously laid out with a large open concept living room and kitchen, 10 foot ceilings downstairs, 9 foot ceilings upstairs and plenty of room to spread out. We also provide a complimentary 6 seater street legal golf cart and 4 adult bikes year round!

Our home has been completely furnished with new paint, new countertops, new furniture throughout, new bedding, lighting, decor, and all new patio furniture and a brand new custom bed swing. The house sits off the main road and has a nice grassy park area to play, or throw and kick a ball around. Also included in the park is a gravel spot specifically designed to play bocce ball.

Included in our home, our guests have full access to the newly renovated Watercolor Beach Club, Camp Watercolor, multiple community pools, playgrounds/parks, tennis center, trails, and many restaurants. Watercolor includes quaint streets, bike paths, nature trails, the Watercolor Boathouse with rental paddleboards, kayaks and so much more.

We have all the amenities for a great vacation on 30A and look forward to having your family anytime!

Absolutely loved our stay! Beautiful home and decor. Most comfortable beds. We loved having the golf cart and access to the clubs / pools. Great location. Communication and understanding with the owner was also great. Can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay at Salty Escape in the Watercolor Resort. The beautiful home was perfect for 2 couples with 2 master suites. The 6 seater golf cart and the four bikes were wonderful amenities. Our only complaint was that we didn’t get to stay longer! We are already planning a return trip.

I really enjoyed what this property and location had to offer. I have it a 4, but it would be more like a 4.8 :)! Amenities and location were fantastic. Can walk or use cart to the pool/water slides. Easy to use golf cart to get into Seaside and Beach Club. Publix was very easy to get too! Had nice beach toys to use. I think for the cost, it was a little more than what I thought it offered as a whole. Thank you to the host!

We stayed seven nights in Nicole’s beautiful home, and it was truly one of the BEST trips our family has taken and we travel a lot! We are a family of six with four kids, and this home could not have been a better fit for us.The house was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed, cooking essentials, bath amenities, and having a washer and dryer meant we were able to head home with clean clothes, which every mom knows is a huge win after a week at the beach! The location was absolutely perfect. We were close to Camp WaterColor, and our four kids rode their bikes up and down the streets and around the neighborhood every day. We felt very safe letting them explore. Our boys played soccer in the field right across the street and fished in the nearby ponds, while I loved starting my mornings with a three-mile walk through the beautiful trails and bike paths. Getting to the beach was so easy about a five-minute bike ride or a 15-minute walk, but most days we took the trolley, which was SUCH a great perk for our family! We loved having that option. Some days my husband would drop us and all of our beach gear off, then head back to the house and ride the trolley over himself. WaterColor was everything we hoped it would be, and this home made our stay even more special. We made so many wonderful memories here, and it truly felt like a place our family could settle into and enjoy for the entire week.We absolutely plan to come back. Great Location for Families

Great location in Watercolor and close to everything a family could need for a vacation. Grocery store, pool, beaches, and restaurants were all a bike or golf cart ride away.

Our last minute trip was absolutely perfect. The house was beautiful and even nicer than it appeared in the already gorgeous pictures. It had everything we needed and even some additional bonus supplies like beach toys and sports equipment for my kids to play with. Nicole was the best host and provided us so much information about the house and the area and was such a great communicator during the entire trip. The location of this home is also so convenient to amenities while also feeling a little more private than some of the others. The side street was great for our kiddos to be able to ride rental bikes safely and independently while we watched from the front porch swing (our favorite spot). We loved this house and will be back - could not recommend it more.

We had a wonderful stay. The house on the side street was quiet and allowed the kids to play there. The house was very clean and comfortable Loved cuddling up on the large swing on front porch. We throughly enjoyed the golf cart and bikes. The trolley made it easy to enjoy all the pools and beach. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful home and great location within Watercolor for kids (quick walk to Camp Watercolor and playground). It’s clear that the owners put a ton of love and effort into the place, it doesn’t feel like a typical rental that’s done on the cheap. The kitchen is well stocked and beds are very comfortable! We loved hanging out on the front porch. Some sort of shelfing or cabinet for pantry items would be a nice addition, but otherwise a perfect spot!

Marvelous in Watercolor!

We loved our time staying at the house. It has all you need and the bedroom layout is perfect. The front and back porch offer a wonderful place for conversation, reading, relaxing. We would book it again absolutely! The location is the BEST!

This is actually our 2nd time owning in the 30A area. We feel we have provided everything you'll need for a relaxing vacation in Watercolor and we look forward to sharing our beach house with your Family!

We began our search for our first beach house in the 30A area in June of 2016. After months of searching, we decided to purchase our first home in Seagrove, in the beautiful and quaint neighborhood of The Grove by the Sea. As our kids have grown, we found ourselves loving the amenities of the Watercolor community. So 'Salty Escape' became our 2nd time owning and we can't wait to share our home in Watercolor with you. This home is beautifully and spaciously laid out, with a bedroom/bathroom on the main level, master bedroom upstairs, along with a bunk room for the kiddos, and a beautiful open kitchen and living room. It is great for families to gather and enjoy a wonderful vacation together.
