Clean, but furniture is showing its age. Host was excellent very easy to work with. Parking was great we had 3 vehicles.

Great location, very clean through out the property and had no complaints at all. Very good communication with the host. The property had plenty of parking and very spacious for at least 3-4 cars.

The property was as expected. Very clean and worked perfectly for our family beach vacation. We had ample room and appreciated multiple viewing decks. We especially loved the proximity to the beach access and local shops and restaurants within walking distance. Would stay here in the future.

Great townhome with beautiful views! Plenty of space for everyone and great amenities included. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable and the host was available for any questions! Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon!

Amazing Week at Wrightsville

This property made for an amazing week at Wrightsville beach, once our cars were parked, they were not needed the rest of the week due to how close the beach, shops, and restaurants were to our location. Great Place! Will definitely be looking to book for next year as well.

Wedding Weekend

Stayed here with family for an out of town wedding. Clean, nice, comfortable. In a very good location. Would stay here again.

Rented the property for my 4 nieces and 1 soon to be nephew. Property was nice and accommodated all. The views from the deck were FAB. The first floor was a little dark easy fix some bulbs were out. Bulbs also out in some of Bathrooms. Truly not there fault if last renter doesn't tell them so. There was a slight issue that M.O. from Seascapes was quick to address and resolve. I would rent again especially if the property host were Seascape they get customer service.

Excellent space for our 7!

Check in process was a breeze. The location was perfect, walking access to shops and dining, and 200ft to the ocean. The layout was perfect, our group of 7 never felt cramped. The 3 patios all provided a unique view of harbor and the beach. The provided beach chairs, bikes, and towels all came in handy as well! Will definitely be booking this place again in the future.

Golden Girls

My friends and I felt very safe in the townhouse we rented for three nights. Everything we needed was at pur fingertips. We will not hesitate to stay with Seascape Properties again

great size & space

really enjoyed the house, great location, great amount of space. only down size was the amount of sand everywhere. we had to sweep everywhere and we didn’t even go to the beach :(

The location was amazing with a short walk to restaurants and stores. There was adequate parking for 4 cars, which was great. The kitchen utensils were dirty and needed washing before use. The air conditioner on the first floor was not working properly. They did offer to look at it. Had it been any warmer outside, we would’ve said yes. Also, the refrigerator was turned all the way down and we almost lost all of our food. The air mattress was confirmed but not there on the first night (as well as 2 sets of towels). Seascape was very responsive but our issue happened after hours, so we did not have what we needed for the first night. Overall, the unit was clean and convenient.

Would not stay again

The house smelled like smoke from the time of check in and just felt gross based on the dated condition. The cleaning crew does the bare minimum. Great location and views but that’s about the only plus. For the money, we expected better.

Excellent location! Great property.

Love the location! Super Close to beach and convenient to Wrightsville restaurants / bars. How was decent. Amply stocked kitchen. Beach chairs and towels as advertised. When we booked the as said 2 king beds and a queen… it was 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 fulls. Not the end of the world but not 100% accurate. Slight musty smell, carpet is tired and rough, and saw a couple bugs. But all in all, a great property and a fantastic location and, oh by the way, killer surf break during Hurricane Lee offshore throwing up a great swell.

Very good rental but could use a little TLC

Great rental, excellent communication from/with management company. Like most rentals, it could use some TLC - mold around bathroom air vents, torn sliding screens, etc. Many ceiling lights/lamps/switches don't work. Also, the kitchen drinkware could use an upgrade and there's a bunch of junk being stored in there and in other storage areas throughout the rental that should be thrown away. Aside from these issues we loved the place.
