Elkhorn is sunnier longer in the day & year than other spots in town which gives you more time to enjoy your day. This home is perfectly situated under the milkyway to stargaze at night. High ceilings, open floor plan, with a contemporary warm feel, numerous windows, natural light, down sofas, and every creature comfort. Gourmet kitchen, breakfast nook, a dining area with course & cross country ski views & seating for 8. Adjacent living room with wood burning gas fireplace. TVs with cable in each bedroom, complementary Wi-Fi, an entertainment area off the living room w/ TV and stereo/DVD player, ceiling fans. Walk-in closets in the master, Jacuzzi master bath, ample patio adjacent to 12th green. Barbecue, umbrellas, chairs, table and sun lounges; heated 2 car garage. Sleeps 6 to 8, fourth bedroom with 2 twins can function as private office or act as 4th king.

Non-smoking. Pets require additional deposit & pre-approval.

Guest privileges include access to Elkhorn Golf Course, Harker Center tennis, swimming pools and a year-round hot tub. Near by YMCA is the swankiest ever and includes rock climbing, palates, yoga, pools, various classes including kayaking, and also camps and daycare for little ones. Membership available for purchase by day, week or annual and offer family memberships ; call prior to make arrangements..

Minutes away from Dollar Mountain Ski Area and Sun Valley Resort and 10 minutes from shops and fine dining in downtown Ketchum, the River Run gondola and Warm Springs ski and hiking areas. The Wood River Trail System for bikers, runners and walkers is across the street. Walk half a block to free shuttle stop. Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing just off the patio.

Awesome house, location, and owners.

We've stayed at this beautiful home twice now. We first stayed a couple of years ago with just our family. This year we invited a second family to join us. The house is spacious and graciously laid out, with beautiful views of the mountains, golf course, and grazing elk, which made it a special place to hang out when we weren't skiing. The kitchen was well-stocked and a pleasure to cook in. The house as a whole was also surprisingly quiet, with plenty of privacy and separation for four adults and three kids. Finally, the owners have been super responsive and friendly. They clearly cared that our stay went well.

Spacious and Cozy House

My family had a great stay. Beds were comfortable and we didn't have any problems. Nice to have a laundry room with a washer and dryer. We even spotted elk out the window on several occasions. When we sent a text to the owners from the grocery store asking if there would be a blender - we received an immediate response that a new blender would be delivered to the house that evening. We had the blender within hours and were very impressed.

Prime location, Great House

Spent a week at this property and could not have asked for a better experience. The house is wonderful, exceptionally clean, and has great views. Perfect location to town. I highly recommend this property!

Great stay, awesome week!

This was the first year back (post-ish Covid) of an annual trip I've been doing with my friends for over 25 years. We wanted this one to be special and the house didn't disappoint. Enough space for the five of us to stretch out, great area with room to hike the nearby hills, and of course Bald Mountain, Ketchum, and all the valley has to offer. Hosts were fantastic and really enjoyed the week!

Fabulous home in a magical setting!!!

This ranch home was the perfect set up for our family vacation- one floor made it worry free with 2 toddlers and aging grandparents-no steps!! The spectacular vistas from almost every window gives you the beautiful mountains, snow covered fields (golf greens in spring, summer & fall) and grazing Elk right out side of your door! A beautiful home outfitted with every need- from kitchen to bedrooms, an amazing book collection for browsing and wonderful artwork in every room. The owners responded to any questions and help with sitters immediately and were more than gracious in every way! We felt so lucky to have found this location for a family vacation.

Beautiful Home and Wonderful Family Place!

We loved staying here for a portion of our summer! It was absolutely wonderful, gorgeous home, and the kitchen has everything you need--everything is organized, the views are stunning, at night and at sunset too! Everything is close by-yet there is a lot of privacy and it is a perfect location. The bedrooms are comfortable and cozy. The owners were always available for any questions that we had-highly recommended!!!

Long July Weekend in Sun Valley

We loved our 4-night stay at this roomy, one level home on the golf course in Elkhorn Village. The property has immense light as the living area has floor-to- ceiling windows looking out onto the golf course with the mountains in the background. The owners were very attentive and strived to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The house easily accommodated the 8 adults in our group. I will definitely look this property up the next time we are planning a Sun Valley getaway.

Premier home & premier hosts!

The house is so beautiful and the views are breathtaking! In addition, the home was so well organized for guests and offered all amenities you can imagine and more. The hosts were easily reachable and very responsive if needed. We would stay here again and again!

Paradise

We travel a lot and have used VRBO on many occasions. Without a doubt, our stay here was the best experience we have ever had. The owners were incredibly helpful and committed to making our experience as comfortable as possible. Their large rambler style home is convenient to bald Mountain and Ketchum. It is well furnished, well supplied, and very quiet. I am currently enjoying a fantasy that it comes up for sale!

The rental was a good value for the space and location the house provided. Mornings waking up the Elk roaming around the golf course, amazing views of the mountains. We will try and rent again in the future. The renters were wonderful to deal with as well.

Wonderful Sun Valley Stay!

We loved the house - perfect location in Elkhorn close to town and all activities. House is spacious and worked great for 4 of us working remotely for an extended stay. We enjoyed the view from the living room and saw several elk during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great family vacation home

The home worked very well with two family room areas, great kitchen and well stocked. Close to town and the ski area, with great west facing views of the golf course and mountains.

Great Holiday Stay in Sun Valley

We had a wonderful trip at this property in Sun Valley. Our first time staying in Elkhorn which did not disappoint. We loved the one level house, awesome natural light, wood burning fireplace, location , elk in the back yard, snowshoeing on the golf course, etc! Great service from the owners and property manager. We can’t wait to use again !

Lovely Christmas in Elkhorn

We have come to Sun Valley for years and we feel so lucky to have found this house to rent over Christmas. The owners were so responsive to all our questions (and we had many!), and the house and location were just as I’d expected. It was easy to get to town for skiing and errands- very important for our gang- and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to make dinner for 8. The large living areas were especially nice for lazy afternoons and evenings post skiing. Thank you thank you!

Magical Glass House

My husband and I (plus our goldendoodle pup!) completely loved our stay. The back of the house is large glass windows overlooking the golf course & snow capped mountains so you feel like you're outside even when you're lounging by the fireplace. Large bathtub with reflective glass window was pretty wonderful as well! Great kitchen, cozy rooms, gorgeous setting, beautiful home. Will definitely come again - hopefully in summer next time. Brenda & Jay were helpful and considerate - fantastic hosts!

Absolutely phenomenal house and people!

We had such an amazing time staying here. Beautiful property and home. The house is so spacious yet still has a very cozy feel. Extremely well maintained, clean, awesome art, and so close to everything! Some of the highlights: -Kitchen is very well stocked, everything you need and more! -Loved the massive fireplace! -Huge windows with amazing views, we saw rabbits, elk, and eagles from the dining room window! -Master suite is impeccable. -Heated double garage was very nice, especially with all the snow we got while we were there. -Open plan is great for large groups and entertaining, house is definitely kid friendly. -Plenty of nice towels, linens, blankets, etc. -On the bus line, very convenient to town and the lodges! We had a great time downhill skiing at Baldy, cross country skiing, and eating at the awesome restaurants particularly Rickshaw and Warfield. The Harveys are the nicest people and dealing with them was a pleasure beyond words, made sure everything was perfect when we got there and were available to us throughout our stay. Everything was better than we expected. We would happily recommend it to anyone and would love to stay here again in the future.
