This upstairs vacation spot is 3 short blocks from the beach, 9 short blocks from bustling Main St and pier but far enough from downtown to avoid the big crowds. It is recently renovated and comes complete with a full kitchen including refrigerator, coffee maker and all new appliances. The unit also features a spacious separate patio area with private BBQ. Enjoy the views from your 2nd story private balcony!

Great place to stay

Rental was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Located in a great spot within waking distance to many things. Lance was a great host!

Huntington Beach

This was our second time staying at the property. Apartment is the perfect size and in a great location. We enjoyed both our visits and when we return will definitely stay again!

A real gem!

This was the perfect spot for me and my folks. The location can’t be beat. The apt was very private and parking was easy.

The perfect spot

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. It's a nicely kept 2 bedroom apartment in a great neighborhood that is a short walk from the beach. The owner, Lance, is super easy to communicate with. We'll definitely be staying here again.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our extended trip to HB. Lance was an amazing host and helpful with all questions and requests. Location is amazing near beach and the unit and beds were very comfortable. Truly felt like a home away from home.

Great beach location

Close to the pier and all the shopping/restaurants, but home is in a quiet neighborhood. Our host was always available when we had questions. Kitchen was well stocked for light cooking, ie breakfast. It was very comfy and cozy. Truly a home away from home.

Trip to visit LA universities.

We enjoyed our stay in Huntington Beach. The condo was wonderful and met our needs. Being close enough to walk into town and to the beach was fantastic. The host was very helpful and quickly answered all our questions.

cozy, quiet, friendly

We had a great stay. The place is in a nice, quiet neighborhood just blocks from the beach. Lance was an attentive friendly host. I highly recommend this lovely little home. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great condo!!

This is a WONDERFUL place to stay. Spacious, very clean and 3 blocks to the beach. We are coming back for 2 weeks in the summer! Owner is great to work with too!

Great Location

Great location and not too close to Main but still close enough to walk. Lance was very attentive to our requests and the property was as described. Will definitely be back!

Perfect stay

Property was exactly as advertised and perfect for our stay. Everything within walking distance. Owner reached out to make sure we were doing well and if we needed anything a few times which was nice. Will stay again at this location for sure when we come again!

Apartment was perfect! We did not want to leave thank you Lance. Only thing was we kept banging our shins on the beds. Haha we'll definitely be back to hb and your place. Perfect setup

Best Vacation Rental Ever!!!!!

We just returned home from a 2 week vacation that began in Lance's Huntington Beach rental. It was the perfect way to start our adventure. We stayed in the condo for a week and wished we were staying longer...it was that great. If you are looking for an immaculate, convenient, super nice place to stay in Huntington Beach then you have it in this rental property. The location is amazing...just 4 blocks from the beach. All you need is to bring your toothbrush and clothes and you are set!. We will definitely be staying here again. We had the pleasure of meeting Lance when we first arrived and he is just a great guy! Thanks Lance for making our stay beyond enjoyable.

Great location, responsive host

My wife and ai brought our 3 kids (22, 17, 11) for a weekend getaway, plus my wife and ai were headed to a daylong music festival while the kids got to hang out at the beach. The accomodations were perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of space for us all to sit on the couch, and move around. The space was quiet, easy to access, and well stocked with towels, linens, and pots/pans in the kitchen. Only a short walk to the beach and a cute little shopping/restaurant area. Just a great experience! The best part of it all, believe it or not, was the responsiveness of the host! We didn't have any issues at all, but he checked in with us to make sure we made it in and to see if we had any questions. When I contacted him to find out where the laundry facility was, he answered within 5 minutes and told me exactly what I needed. Hands down one of the best hosts we have ever had (and we have been traveling a lot!).

Great property!

Great beach getaway!

Took my family to this property for a few night getaway close to the beach. Property was very clean and had all we needed and more. Owner quick to response to answer any questions and would definitely recommend this to those looking for walking distance to the beach and in a nice neighborhood. Looking forward to booking in the future!

Perfect Spot for Us

We absolutely loved our stay at your home!! Huntington is one of our favorite spots to visit and this home is in a great central location and only 3 blocks from the beach. Short drive to pier and downtown too. Easily took day trips to Laguna, Newport, Seal Beach, etc. Very clean throughout and comfortable beds and pillows. Loved opening all the windows for that fresh Cali breeze each day. Perfect master for my husband and I and seperate bedroom with 2 beds for our boys. Loved the patios (both were so nice to relax on day and night). Stores are super close and made it easy for quick runs for food, snacks and drinks! Lance is very easy to communicate with as well. Appreciated the washer and dryer availability as we washed all of our clothes for the remainder or our Cali trip to Disney, etc. Thank you for having boogie boards, sand toys, chairs, and umbrellas. We used them each day. We can't wait to come back!
