The 2 bedroom 2 bath guest house is awesomely appointed in a quiet safe neighborhood just minutes from the beach. I walked to MB grill and Target. It was so delightful to stay there and the host was so very kind and communicative!

The host was responsive, and the place was comfortable for 4 people. The only 2 things that weren’t ideal were the walls are thin so it’s easy to hear through them even with closed doors, and the bedsheets didn’t feel the most clean as we saw some specks of hair. Regardless it was a good stay for the weekend!

LOcation and neighborhood is fantastic. Full kitchen with modern appliances and great working AC. Bathrooms were well appointed. Hangers and iron and ironing board. Did not need anything that wasn't provided.

The kitchen was fully equipped though we only used the Cuisinart coffee maker. Our days were spent attending an event and dining out. The HVAC was NEST controlled. The bathrooms were equipped with toiletries and the showers were equipped with rainfall shower heads and hand held wands. The beds were firm, a little firmer than I am used to. The owner was very nice and replied quickly when contacted after we arrived for the details we needed for entry. I would book again.

Beach without the Bother

This charming little guest house offered the best of both worlds in Huntington Beach. Only two miles from the beach we were away from the noise, traffic and crowds, but able to be on the sand in minutes. Our accommodations were absolutely spotless, with every amenity from fluffy robes to shower shoes, laundry baskets to kitchen ware provided. The little patio lined with beautiful succulent plantings, where we enjoyed reading in the morning sunshine was a special bonus. We felt safe out walking in the quiet neighborhood and enjoyed the proximity of restaurants and a variety of shops only a few blocks away. We WILL return!

Nice quiet residential property. Private gate with lock/code leads down short walkway to two bedroom two bath apartment at the back of a residential home. Very nice. The only constructive comment I would leave is I wish that the Kerig machine had worked throughout our entire stay that it quit working on day one. And it would’ve been nice to have some little creamer thimbles. So if you’re a coffee person, be sure to bring your own supplies or check with the host to make sure that you’ll have coffee essentials, if that’s important to you.

Very beautiful and clean. And also very modern. Everything was perfect and well organized. I love the fact that it has two full bathrooms. Makes it very convenient. The neighborhood is very quiet and very safe. There’s plenty of security lighting on the walkway when you come in when it’s dark. And the security gate is an added bonus. I felt very safe. Very quiet and I slept great. Many many restaurants nearby. And the beach/pier is just a few minutes drive away. Perfect location. I would definitely stay there again. And I would refer friends and family to stay there also. The host is very accommodating. During our stay, we had a couple of request. And they were promptly and professionally taken care of by the host. Thank you Lily for being a great host.
