Best Condo Rental @ The Shores

We have stayed at The Shores 5-6 times and really enjoy what the property and area offer. This particular condo was our favorite - spacious, clean and well-appointed. We had everything we needed for daily living and beach outings. The wrap-around lanai was my favorite feature. The communication with Kerrie at Lava Rock Realty was prompt and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

The location of this unit was fantastic! Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The tennis courts, pool, and gym at The Shores were great! The unit was spacious and comfortable. Good-sized lanai although it was shady not sunny. Easy to book and responsive to questions.

Great family stay at Waikoloa Resort

Good location near shops and beaches. Very clean interior with lots of amenities. Good AC. Nice view of lava field from the lanai. Windy at night but I think that's typical for the area.

This condo was in a great location on the island.!it had all of the amenities needed for the beach. The fully stocked kitchen was very much appreciated. The views from the lanai were amazing! We’d stay here again & recommend this property to others.

It’s in the middle of Waikoloa beach area with view of third tee on the Beach course. My only concern was the garbage recycle area was a bit neglected over the holidays always being full and a very dark area at night to walk to. One light sensor at the back of all the bins only came on once you stumbled into everything to set it off?

Everything was perfect, Very clean and well appointed condo, We have never stayed in a condo that had been so well supplied, Except for getting eggs, bread and butter everything was supplied for us to make our breakfast. Quiet getaway in comfy spacious condo with all the amenities

If you want cool, classic and quiet, this is your place. The grounds are lovely. The pool is not crowded. The hot tub is hot. The leather couches are comfortable. The Internet is fast. The streaming is good. The property manager is extremely responsive. The kitchen as well stocked everything you need for the beach is there Full size bath products, plenty of towels for the bathroom, including beach towels for the beach, and a lovely fruit basket and bottles of water for a welcome a great book to tell you everything you need to know about the place and how to use everything

Another fantastic Hawaii vacation!

We love this condo! Excellent location and a very attentive and welcoming property manager! This was our second stay at this condo and we will return again. We very much appreciated the fruit and goodie basket presented upon our arrival. Even with minor issues that arose, the property manager was prompt in her actions and resolution. Waikoloa Coast condo

This was hands down the very best property we have ever stayed at. The unit had beautiful furniture and was very spacious and open, with a fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The proximity to so many restaurants and shops was also a huge plus. We just wish we could have stayed here longer, but we decided to island hop (for the sake of our children, who had not been to Hawaii before)- next time we would definitely look to stay on the Big Island for a longer period of time and try to stay at this condo. Kerrie was extremely prompt about communication, even notifying us on the day of our arrival that the previous guest had accidentally broken the shower handle and that a maintenance person had found a temporary fix while awaiting a new shower handle. Would definitely recommend this listing again and again.

Prior to obtaining my real estate license, I worked as a Controller and provided accounting services for a couple of local property management companies. After 25 years behind a desk, it was time to get out and enjoy all that Hawaii has to offer. My husband and I moved to Hawaii from Alaska in 2007 once our son enlisted in the United States Navy. We decided it was time for a warmer adventure! During my time in Alaska, while earning my BA in Accounting from the University of Alaska Anchorage, I worked in all aspects of accounting for a world class ski resort. After receiving my degree, I was promoted as a Controller for a 5-star hotel in Anchorage. Being in the hospitality industry for the past 28 years, I have learned how to provide all my guests with excellent service.
