We love this place! It is authentic Hawaiian with the colors and beautifully decorated. The location is close to all conveniences; restaurants, shopping, pool, gym, and the main highway. The hosts are wonderful, easy communication and quick response to any questions I had. This will be our go-to on the big island!

Located in the Waikoloa resort area, this property was gorgeous and comfortable. The property was spacious, clean, with easy access to parking, as well as walking to the Hilton. Close by driving to 'A' Bay beach, and Lava Lava Beach Club restaurant. The lanai was lovely and peaceful to sit on. Loved that we didn't have to carry everything up and down stairs or elevators! Thank you to our hosts! Perfect!

Home was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and equipped with everything you will need. Martin was quick to respond to any questions we had. Loved our stay there! Highly recommend!!

This was a great condo for our family! The ground floor was super convenient with kids and they loved being out on the patio. The pool was a highlight for our kids! Martin was so kind and helpful as we were even trying to look for a rental vehicle. Great hosts and a great experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Waikaloa Shores unit. Leading up to our stay the communication with the host was great. Upon arrival the check-in instructions were perfectly clear and the unit was very clean. The condo had all the amenities we needed for the week. We loved the Waikaloa area as a base to explore the entire Big Island. Once done exploring for the day, we found it a very short walk to the beach to catch the amazing sunsets. I would highly recommend this unit and I will definitely search for this unit again should we return to the Big Island.

This is a lovely condo. It is walking distance from the pool, fitness center, and ocean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Martin and his wife even provided gluten-free snacks for us. The property is close to a grocery store and several restaurants. It is a beautiful place. You will not regret making a reservation!

Super clean and comfortable condo with a short walk to shopping and restaurants. We went scuba diving with Big Island Divers for 5 days. Can’t wait to come back again in the future!

Property was well decorated with many nice works of art. Sliding glass doors and large windows gave a sense of spaciousness and light. Lanai was large and comfortable. Bedroom and bathroom were spacious. This property worked well for a couple.

This place is fantastic! The furniture, the sheets, the bed, the amenities are all first class. Martin is one of the most responsive hosts we have ever encountered on VRBO. He got us into the condo early and was an amazing resource for anything we needed. If you like to spend time camping out at the beach, he has everything from snorkels to chairs. Truly, you can’t do better than this on the big island.

Outstanding!! We’re definitely going to stay at Martin and Rochelle’s property again when visiting the big island next year. They were incredibly kind and caring hosts and were always readily to assist when needed. The property was beautiful and very well kept. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We loved it.

We had a wonderful stay at Rachelle and Martin’s condo. The condo and grounds are beautiful. The condo was spotless and so comfy and cozy. We felt safe and at home during our stay. Rachelle and Martin are fantastic and very responsive hosts. I highly recommend their property for your stay and know you will fall in love with the Big Island just like we did!
