This is a an amazing 1 bedroom 1 Bath ground floor unit with plenty of space.It has been fully renovated with beautiful furnishings inside and out. It has lots of windows that lead out to a spacious patio. It has central air if the cool Hawaiian breeze is not enough. It has multiple barbecues just steps away for a relaxing dinner after a day of fun. The condo is set on a beautiful golf course with tennis courts ,pools, spas, and a fitness room.The spectacular beach is within a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. We have beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest, snorkel gear, water shoes, boogie boards, and a beach wagon. Our cleaning is meticulous to prepare our condo for your stay to be as safe as possible. We will do everything to create a clean environment by the following recommended sanitation guidelines to make sure all surfaces, appliances, and anything that comes in physical contact have been sanitized before and after guests leave and check in. First Trip to the Big Island

Great location and the gated community is pristine. Kitchen was very well equipped. There were plenty of towels and bathroom necessities. Martin (owner) and Jennifer (local contact) were both very responsive to all our needs. The welcome basket was great. Nice and clean with so much attention to detail. A very positive experience!

Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It is clear that the owners take great pride in their place. I love condos that don't feel like a tunnel with a window at the end. This place has lots of glass, angles and light, the floors are beautiful, the king bed very comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. There is also a great breeze by opening the windows at night. No A/C needed when we were there in July. It was also walking distance to the shoreline where there is a nice path along the rocky beach with beautiful vistas. Highly recommend!

Great stay at Waikoloa condo

Condo was in great shape and very clean. Quiet first floor location. Beach chairs/umbrella and cooler were appreciated. Nice on site pool and jacuzzi.

This has it all!

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at Martin condo. It's exactly like it is in the pictures. Has everything you need and more, chairs, snorkel gear, water shoes in different sizes and lots of books for just sitting back and chillin. Conveniently locating to beach and shopping. We visit the island at least 4 times a year to see family and this is be our new go to.

Perfect stay in paradise

Our family with 3 kids < 10 really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was in the perfect location close to shops and groceries, although we often just cooked in the condo kitchen and enjoyed eating out on the lanai. It was a great home base for adventures to the national landmarks near by, beaches, and Mauna Kea. The kids LOVED all the beach toys and we used them a lot. We also had a blast doing puzzles together at night. Everything was clearly labeled and easy to use and comfortable and we could not have asked for anything more. Will definitely be coming back again next time we are on the big island!

Very Comfortable

We enjoyed our week at The Shores. This unit is very comfortably furnished and also well equipped, with pretty much everything anyone would need. The landscaping outside the lanai is beautiful. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.

Awesome start to the 2024!

This unit was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed to make our stay amazing. Well stocked kitchen, beach and pool gear - wagon was handy especially for Hāpuna beach one of our favourite spots! We used the BBQ’s, just across the parking lot very convenient and the the Tropics pub is pretty much on site and caters to NFL fans on game day if you are so inclined:) Mahalo Martin… we’ll be back soon… so much to see, do and just to relax!

Condo review

This place is beautiful, decor is upscale, furniture is comfortable, clean, high end cook ware, bath towels extra fluffy and soft. Great place and location. We would defininitely recommend this condo to friends and family and would love to stay here again.

Love The Shores

The interior of this property was impeccably furnished. The bathroom and shower was very large. It's a one bedroom unit on the ground floor. Perfect for a single traveler.

Wonderfully Kept and Thoughtfully Stocked!

My wife and I spent the last 3 days of our honeymoon in this wonderfully kept and thoughtfully stocked vacation home! The neighborhood is peaceful and properly managed with just a short ride to beautiful beaches, shops, and restaurants. Martin and Rachelle were exceptionally accommodating. Mahalo!

Amazing stay!!

Communication was incredible and the owner was beyond helpful!! He gave us multiple recommendations for the island and we loved everything! The restaurants and activities were all great! This has by far been the best home we have stayed it. They made sure everything was perfect!

Beautiful and fully stocked

This was the most fully stocked B and B we've ever stayed in, you won't need for anything. In addition to the kitchen having everything we needed, there was also beach chairs, towels, umbrella, boogie boards and snorkel gear. You really will be very happy here. Wish we'd had a couple more days.

Everything from the decor to the amenities was carefully thought out so you could experience a vacation that would set it apart from any place you have ever stayed before. We love our home and try to stay there as often as possible. When we can't be there, we wanted our guests to have the same wonderful feeling of the paradise we are so blessed to have.

The location of "The Shores" is by far the most beautiful we have seen.The people are so warm and friendly.The beaches are amazing! There are countless things to do and explore.Great hikes to spectacular snorkeling.There is so much to see on the rest of the island from volcanoes, lava tubes to mushroom farms.

The location of our condo is perfect. It is a corner ground floor unit just steps away from the barbecue area and tennis courts. The pool, Jacuzzi ,fitness center and golf are about a 3 minute walk,while are spectacular beach is about a 10 minute walk. Of course you can always drive and its only a 2 minute drive.The unit has new hardwood floors,and furnishings. The high ceilings give it a very spacious feeling while the decor adds a lot of warmth. All to make you feel that you are home to enjoy some leisure time.
