This is a an amazing 1 bedroom 1 Bath ground floor unit with plenty of space. It has been fully renovated with beautiful furnishings inside and out. It has lots of windows that lead out to a spacious patio. It has central air if the cool Hawaiian breeze is not enough. It has multiple barbecues just steps away for a relaxing dinner after a day of fun. The condo is set on a beautiful golf course with tennis courts ,pools, spas, and a fitness room. The Spectacular beach ,Anaehoomalu Bay Beach, in front of the Marriott Hotel is within a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive to a free parking lot .We have beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest, snorkel gear, water shoes, boogie boards, and a beach wagon. Our cleaning is meticulous to prepare our condo for your stay to be as safe as possible. We will do everything to create a clean environment by the following recommended sanitation guidelines to make sure all surfaces, appliances, and anything that comes in physical contact have been sanitized before and after guests leave and check in. Located in the Waikoloa resort area, this property was gorgeous and comfortable. The property was spacious, clean, with easy access to parking, as well as walking to the Hilton. Close by driving to 'A' Bay beach, and Lava Lava Beach Club restaurant. The lanai was lovely and peaceful to sit on. Loved that we didn't have to carry everything up and down stairs or elevators! Thank you to our hosts! Perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Waikaloa Shores unit. Leading up to our stay the communication with the host was great. Upon arrival the check-in instructions were perfectly clear and the unit was very clean. The condo had all the amenities we needed for the week. We loved the Waikaloa area as a base to explore the entire Big Island. Once done exploring for the day, we found it a very short walk to the beach to catch the amazing sunsets. I would highly recommend this unit and I will definitely search for this unit again should we return to the Big Island.

This was a great condo for our family! The ground floor was super convenient with kids and they loved being out on the patio. The pool was a highlight for our kids! Martin was so kind and helpful as we were even trying to look for a rental vehicle. Great hosts and a great experience!

This is a lovely condo. It is walking distance from the pool, fitness center, and ocean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Martin and his wife even provided gluten-free snacks for us. The property is close to a grocery store and several restaurants. It is a beautiful place. You will not regret making a reservation!

This place is fantastic! The furniture, the sheets, the bed, the amenities are all first class. Martin is one of the most responsive hosts we have ever encountered on VRBO. He got us into the condo early and was an amazing resource for anything we needed. If you like to spend time camping out at the beach, he has everything from snorkels to chairs. Truly, you can’t do better than this on the big island.

Property was well decorated with many nice works of art. Sliding glass doors and large windows gave a sense of spaciousness and light. Lanai was large and comfortable. Bedroom and bathroom were spacious. This property worked well for a couple.

Outstanding!! We’re definitely going to stay at Martin and Rochelle’s property again when visiting the big island next year. They were incredibly kind and caring hosts and were always readily to assist when needed. The property was beautiful and very well kept. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We loved it.

We had a wonderful stay at Rachelle and Martin’s condo. The condo and grounds are beautiful. The condo was spotless and so comfy and cozy. We felt safe and at home during our stay. Rachelle and Martin are fantastic and very responsive hosts. I highly recommend their property for your stay and know you will fall in love with the Big Island just like we did!

This property was even better than advertised. Spacious, clean and well-appointed. We loved the beach toys, chairs, snorkel gear, etc. The air conditioning was nice to cool off after long days in the sun- great location for day trips to other parts of the island.

My wife Rachelle and I fell in love with the Big Island 7 years ago. We wanted to make our condo a home. Everything from the decor to the amenities was carefully thought out so you could experience a vacation that would set it apart from any place you have ever stayed before. We love our home and try to stay there as often as possible. When we can't be there, we wanted our guests to have the same wonderful feeling of the paradise we are so blessed to have.

The location of "The Shores" is by far the most beautiful we have seen.The people are so warm and friendly.The beaches are amazing! There are countless things to do and explore.Great hikes to spectacular snorkeling.There is so much to see on the rest of the island from volcanoes, lava tubes to mushroom farms.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The location of our condo is perfect. It is a corner ground floor unit just steps away from the barbecue area and tennis courts. The pool, Jacuzzi ,fitness center and golf are about a 3 minute walk,while are spectacular beach is about a 10 minute walk. Of course you can always drive and its only a 2 minute drive.The unit has new hardwood floors,and furnishings. The high ceilings give it a very spacious feeling while the decor adds a lot of warmth. All to make you feel that you are home to enjoy some leisure time.
