Everything about this house is great…clean.conveniently located, relaxing, Linda has thought of everything you could possibly need. Can’t wait til we go back next year.

The property is amazing, 1200 acres! Trails in the front, trails in the back, a private pond, this place is perfect for everyone , one way or another. Swimming, fishing, huntering, nice quite get away. Location is also great 20 minutes to Conway. And SO many things to do close by. The house was cleaned and had just about every thing you need in a kitchen to cook meals, plenty of room for our group.

My husband and I and our five young adult children really enjoyed our stay! The property is beautiful! Only 10 minutes from NH, so we did some hiking in the White Mountain/Conway area, in addition to hiking part of the trail on the property. We also drove 2 hours to catch the subway to Boston for a day. Conveniently located just an hour from Portland, so it was an easy drive in to the airport on our last day. The house itself was very comfortable and the beds and rooms were very comfortable. Easy to contact the host, and we received a visit on our first day to make sure everything was ok.

We love coming to Brownfield for our annual ladies weekend. The house is exceptionally clean and convenient to North Conway for shopping and ice cream field trips.

Annual trip

Our family and two other family's stay here for our annual trip. We live going to storyland on the first day then relaxing on the beach the rest of the week. It's calm and quiet and the perfect get away.

Fun family adventure

It was a very nice and quiet location. The pond was small but great for kids and to take out kayaks. We would definitely come back.

Love this property

We love staying at this property every summer as a family. Linda is a wonderful hostess, the property and house are very well maintained, and we always enjoy our time on the beach and exploring the hiking paths - even when it rains!

We had a wonderful week. We brought kayaks and paddle boards and the kids enjoyed exploring the pond. They found turtles and frogs. The house comfortably slept the 10 of us, and if we had questions the host was very quick to respond. We really appreciated how private and quiet the area was.

Great Family Retreat

We had a great stay at this amazing property! The beachfront and rolling lawn were perfect for the four kids (ages 5-9) in our group, and the outdoor seating for lounging and outdoor meals. The inside was spacious and well stocked. Great location close to hiking and biking but also close to shopping in Conway, NH and StoryLand for the kids.

The desciption of property was spot on. Lots os space inside and out. Hotels and house rental aompanies could take tips from VRBO.
