Ocean view luxury property, AC, pool in the jungle at short walk to the beach.

Dear Robert, thank you for taking the time to review our property! You defined it so nicely, pretty and serene :) I'm glad you liked it. In regard to the beach access. There are four entrances to our Punta Uva beach. Three by car, at 0.6 km or further down the road, and one at walking distance from us, at about 300 m. As disclosed, the property access is off a public gravel road, not in good condition due the heavy tropical rains. I've sent you directions for the easiest access. According to our caretaker Cesar, who also tried to guide you, you ignored his help, forced your car the wrong way. And then got angrily verbal with him. We provide these directions solely to be helpful. Again, thank you for choosing us for your Caribbean vacation! Most of our guests find these directions helpful

Thank you for taking the time to review our property, Sandra. I must say though, that your comments left us terribly surprised. We invited you to sparkling clean and beautifully prepared for your stay house, that you enthusiastically said you loved. I checked on you every day, all you had to say was that you were very happy there. And I didn't doubt it. As we catered to your every need. We bent backwards to help you and satisfy your every wish, as we felt you were a lone traveller that needed more attention. Nothing was enough obviously.The caretakers were basically at your service all the time, changing bedding, towels, complimentary cleaning, entertaining you, walking around with you, keeping you company. They both were quite disappointed to hear that their job was poorly rated by you, after all the effort they invested. I obviously told them that the job they did was fine and up to the high standard we offer. And that having someone critic with no constructive grounds the service and housing, came with the territory, and it wasn't a reason to be discouraged.

In addition to the driving directions provided at the listing, I sent you even more detailed directions. The same I normally send to all our guests, and they all arrive with no problem. Sent you also pictures of the location where you had to make a turn off the main road, and pictures of our entrance with access and parking instructions. I addition, I sent to your phone our location on Waze. That apparently, you didn't know how to open and use. Finally, I drove to the place you said you were, and guided you to the property. I think that for all that I did for you, I deserve at least a B :) In regard to all the else. You arrived with gastro issues and we took a good care of you. We catered to all your needs and requests. We offered you a complimentary cleaning, extra bedding and towel changes. Not sure how you pulled the refrigerator door to fall, but we didn't argue that, we just had it fixed by the end of the afternoon. Same for the curtains. However, will ask to have them checked and the rods adjusted if needed. In regard to the swinging beds. You were at no risk of falling if using them. Replacing the ropes with new ones was just part of our regular maintenance. In conclusion. I was at the property during the entire time. You didn't tell me anything of the above. By not providing your constructive critic during your stay, but sharing it here, you didn't help us to respond accordingly, and have you enjoy your stay more. But we understand, you were ill and not in good mood. Hope you feel better by now. Take care.
