A five-minute walk in any direction will lead your family to the sea, bike shop, the Harbor golf course, spa, five restaurants (seasonal), playground, basketball, and an excellent ice cream shop (seasonal).

When it is time to retire for the evening, relax by enjoying the views from one of two decks, where you overlook the Lagoon Villa swimming pool and beautiful green space. 15 Lagoon Villa features two bedrooms, each with two queen beds and a private bath, making it a perfect destination for a golf foursome or a family, where everyone needs room to stretch out. The living room and kitchen are located between the two bedrooms. The living room is highlighted by large picture windows, comfortable seating, wood flooring softened with area rugs and a large flat screen television. The kitchen has many upgrades including granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.

The Lagoon Villa community features a private swimming pool for its guests and residents, which is located just across the green space at 15 Lagoon Villa. Wild Dunes offers miles of private bike trails, six restaurants, a spa, shopping, an ice cream shop, a kids’ playground and two golf courses including the well-known Wild Dunes Links Golf Course that finishes along the Atlantic.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- The pool is not heated.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
