We had a wonderful stay at the Lucky Penny! I would definitely recommend it. We were a family of 10 and had plenty of room. Very close walk to the beach. Location was great!

Our stay was perfect. The property was equipped to enable us to fully enjoy the pool and beach and well, everything! The host provided excellent recommendations to make our stay memorable. I will absolutely book again! Our best vacation ever! We love Puerto Rico and The Lucky Penny!

We had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. The owners were wonderful and were there for us if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this home.

Amazing house and location!

Loved staying at the Lucky Penny! There was plenty of room for our group of 12 friends and the house was very clean. Close to the beach and a short distance to great restaurants and bars!

It was a beautiful property with lots of room for everyone to have their own room and not feel cramped. The pool was also great to have for the afternoon and evenings. Highly recommend the place!

Great Place to Stay in San Juan

The Lucky Penny was a great place to stay for our group. The house was secure and a comfortable space to relax in. Peter and Mariana are amazing hosts. The house has a very convenient door leading to outside of the gate that makes getting an uber easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

Great location and wonderful house. Definitely watch out for some random steps, but over all our party of 12 slept comfortably and had an absolute blast

Nice property. Very short walk to the (non-swimming) beach. Short drive to a beautiful swimming beach at Isla Verde. Well-equipped kitchen. Nice private pool. We really enjoyed the roof-top deck in the evenings. Host gave us some good recommendations for restaurants, private chef, and activities nearby.

Wonderful property. Peter was a great host and quickly rectified a small issue with one of the AC units. Super easy to message and check in. House was top notch and great location. 100% would stay here again

Beautiful property

There were 5 couples and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is amazing and the rooftop views spectacular. Peter, the owner, couldn’t have been nicer or more prompt in his responses to all of our questions and requests. Should we return to San Juan we would definitely choose this home again.

Family Celebration Vacation

Last year we started taking family vacations to celebrate my beating colon cancer. We had lived in Puerto Rico in the 1990's and enjoyed our time so we decided to return. Best vacation yet!! The house and amenities were awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the house; location, pool, kitchen and gathering rooms. We were very sad to leave.

Three Families with College-Aged Kids

Amazing! Huge house with privacy AND common areas. One house over from beach in gated community. Maintenance on house was near perfect. Peter and his wife answered so many of our questions and helped us out.

Birthday Celebration

Peter and Mariana are fenomenal. The house is exceptional and has everything you can ask for and more. He even had concierge service, which we used and was great addition. We had several options that were walking distance and short drive from old San Juan. We will be,back!

Amazing

The place was very clean and well located near the beach. It was within 10 minutes of all things that we wanted to do in Puerto Rico. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to answer any questions we had. Each bedroom was beautiful. Even though there were six of us in the house, the noise levels always remained low. Will be back!!!

Made our stay perfect!!

Peter and Mariana were awesome! The Lucky Penny was incredible! This house was everything to me - It was me and 10 of my best friends... and we had the time of our lives. We will never ever forget last weekend. The Lucky Penny is big enough, close enough, and special enough to write much more <3 I will leave you with this - Choose The Lucky Penny!

Great stay in Ocean Park

My family of 7 adults, ranging in age from 75-24, and my two children stayed for a week at Peter’s property. The home provided all the space and amenities that we needed. Several days we didn’t even leave! Peter was great about answering all our questions and making sure we were set up for the experiences and excursions that we wanted to have. The home is well loved, but very clean and fully stocked. Thanks!

Family Trip

Our entire group loved our stay in this beautiful home. It had everything you could need. Great dishes and pots and pans It was roomy enough for our group of 12 with plenty of room to spare. The beach was fun for the kids and boogie boards at the house came in handy for our kids (big and small). We loved the pool and hot tub. It was the perfect size for staying cool while visiting. It was crazy how cold the home got with the mini splits and how quickly it would cool off. he only downside was that our trip was too short. We would happily stay here again.

Amazing Property!!

I planned a girls trip with 12 women! We had plenty of space…This property was amazing! Clean and luxurious!! The house is exactly what was advertised! The owner communicated with me the entire time!! We knew exactly what to expect! I would recommend using the local concierge service….. very reasonably priced and super accommodating! The concierge arranged for transportation to and from our private boat charter…which was a fantastic experience… I highly recommend!!
