Sun city was created by del Webb , he wanted everything to be within easy access. Groceries, churches ,, shopping, doctors recreation center restaurant ,hospitals,baseball basketball football venue are all close. Lovely sidewalks to take an evening stroll.

Great location. Well appointed home. Close to everything that we needed. Our host, Debbie, was absolutely wonderful!

Property manager was very informative, house was extremely clean. It was nice to find a VRBO that offered pet friendly accommodations. Excellent with communication will definitely put on my return list. Thank you for the wonderful stay

Clean, comfortable and very well equipped that made our stay enjoyable. Perfect is hard to come by but this was just that for the two of us in our 70's and our dog. We all enjoyed the views of the golf course and the frequent and different birds visiting. We will stay here again in the future.

Relaxing place

Very nice house on the golf course nice and quiet for a relaxing stay. The neighbors are very friendly too. Debbie was very helpful and hospitable

Amazing!

This place was amazing! Very relaxing! The neighborhood was very quiet. The host was amazing also! This place was in the perfect location for our trip! We will be definitely be staying here again next year!

We had a lovely time visiting my parents. The size of the house was perfect for my husband, my dog, and me. Also, the backyard is lovely!!

The place was comfortable and was fully equipped. The golf course backyard was perfect for afternoon viewing of golfers and the local wildlife.

We loved this sweet property in Sun city. Debbie was such a pleasure to work with and added such personal touches. Lovely fresh flowers on the kitchen island and a snacks for our late arrival. She provides so many extra items in case you happen to forget essentials. And you can cook anything in the beautiful kitchen all spices available. We appreciated the cleanliness but most of all we appreciated Debbie. She was so friendly and helpful when we had area questions. She went above and beyond. We will be back. Thank you. Ken & Anita

Lovely home. Debbie was amazing. So helpful and responsive. Went out of her way to make her home welcoming and comfortable. The snacks were much appreciated. Well equipped. Comfy bed. Lots of space to relax. We loved the garden and enjoyed having breakfast on the patio. Really enjoyed our time here and will stay again if we come back to the area.

Great house with a saguaro in backyard!

The house was as stated and nice and clean. The backyard was awesome and opened up to a golf course. The yard had a large beautiful saguaro and we enjoyed watching the many birds and rabbits that live nearby. Overall, great experience

Home is close to one of the Recreation Centers. We were able to walk there. A lot of citrus fruit trees. Yard had a fence so our dog had a place to go while we were home.

The home was very nice and cozy. Love the little bunnies and quail during the day and into the evening. Debbie, the host couldn't have been nicer. She left beautiful flowers and part of a cake for us to eat, which we really much enjoyed. Also a bag of treats for the dog. We would highly recommend this place to stay as we enjoyed ourselves.

Above and Beyond Our Expectations

Debbie was a great host! Excellent communication! She went above and beyond to help us get oriented. She treated us like family and wanted to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. This place is a gem!! The beds were comfortable TV, Internet, everything we needed for your stay. It was just perfect.

I loved everything about my stay at Debbie’s place! She was incredibly welcoming, friendly and communicative. She left thoughtful snacks and touches (like treats for my dog!) in the VRBO. The place is much larger than the pictures show, it’s very comfortable, cozy and spacious. The yard was amazing, my dog loved it. The fence is high and secure if you’re bringing your pet along. My grandpa lives in the area, so this is a perfect place to stay if you’re visiting family. Would highly recommend. We will stay again when we visit.Thanks Debbie!

Sun City Oasis

Perfect home for traveling with fur babies. Our cat loved the big window facing the golf course. She sat for hours watching the birds and bunnies. The fenced back yard was great for our dog. Debbie, the owner was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable. It is an older home, but very well set up. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a wonderful experience.

Fun in the Sun In a Quiet Relaxing Location

The house was spacious, cool, and comfortable. Our arrival was effortless and were greeted by a beautiful home with snacks for us and for our dogs waiting on the counter as well as a bowl of fresh water for our furry pals. It is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood with shopping, Restaurants, and other activities just a short drive away. This is a great location if you plan on seeing Jerome, Sedona, Prescott etc. as all can easily be done as (full) day trips. We plan on spending our next vacation to Arizona at this property. All and all an excellent experience from start to finish.
