A really fun and spacious property! One word of caution - if you are staying during the summer, do plan on using the box fans provided in the bedrooms. Spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and everything is conveniently labeled.

The back yard was wonderful with ample spots to relax in the sun and in the shade. Nice gathering spot in the living room too. The neighborhood was very peaceful and it was easy to get around to various restaurants and Surprise stadium.

Home was very clean. Host responded promptly to all inquiries. The property was in a central location to our family members with whom we were visiting. I would recommend this location and would stay again next time we visit AZ

The house itself was perfect for a small group stay but allowed for entertaining a larger group. It was well equipped, although the retro game table was of no value. We added a few things while there, including a mat for the slippery shower floor and a measuring cup for the kitchen. Overall, we really enjoyed it.

We enjoyed our week at this conveniently located, comfortable, quiet, and clean home while we were house hunting ourselves in Sun City. Even though it was HOT during our visit, we were able to take advantage of the outside patio area with a nice variety of seating options in the early mornings, something guests at other times of the year will really appreciate. The home was nicely supplied with basic toiletries and kitchen necessities (spices, dish soap, etc) and had a complete "Guest Instructions" manual that was helpful for guidance in everything we needed to do there. Would stay again--but won't need to, as our house hunt was successful!

Short stay to visit family

While we were only there 3 nights, the location to family members was great. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood in the morning without having to cross any busy streets. While we might be a minority (we do not have accounts with all the different streaming apps) it would have been nice to have local tv stations.

Our stay.

When we were looking at properties to stay at, this one caught our eye. The process from looking to our walking into the property was simple and smooth. The property was roomy and comfortable. This was everything we expected. The beds were very comfortable. The back yard was roomy and comfortable. As an added bonus, we got to watch the quail and other birds.

Weekend visiting relatives

I needed to have a place in the Peoria area and this fit the bill. Very quiet neighborhood and it was interesting to see Sun City as it is one of the first over 55 developments in the country. Beds had good mattresses. Communication was good with the host. Kitchen has all you would need and a big back yard with plenty of seating. Big living room with nice couches. Good WiFi. Very good rental for the price.

The house was clean, spacious and very nice, just as it was pictured in the listing.The listing indicated at least one person in the party must be 55 or over. No problem since I am 61. The manager texted me immediately woth checkin instructions which stated I MUST show my drivers license to the Ring doorbell camera upon arrival. Had I known this, I would have not booked here. This is in no way a secure connection for sharing personal info and an invitation to identity theft. I asked the manager, via SMS text if I could send a photo of my license, but she refused.Upon arrival, the Nest thermostat could not be set below 73. The listing states the thermostat is locked between 68 and 75. 68 is likely only an option in the winter.With the thermostat in the living room set at 73 at night, the master bedroom was 78-80. I know this because I bought a thermometer to check it. I slept on top of the covers and did not get a good night’s sleep any of the four nights.The guest bath tub dripped continuously during my stay. With the door closed, it wasn’t too bad.This place is probably great 8-9 months out of the year. If you live out there, 78 might be fine for sleeping, but not for me.

This place was our home away from home for 6 nights. Everything we needed for our stay. Very clean. Comfortable and spacious! Good communications with host. We will definitely consider next time we come from KY.

This house was perfect for our needs. It was located in a nice quiet neighborhood with the exception of an occasional airplane/jet that flew overhead, but that would not deter me from staying here again. The house was very clean and pleasant. My only recommendation would be for the owner to stock a few more bath towels. There were four towels for four adults, but two of the towels were dark and left blue/black fuzzies on you when drying off. Other than that absolutely no complaints.

Perfect location for visiting with family

We came down to visit with my aunt and uncle. The home had plenty of indoor and outdoor seating to accommodate 5 adults. It was odd not to have local network television especially during March Madness. We were able to stream Netflix. The kitchen is well appointed and the beds were great. This is definitely someplace we hope to return to. Also there was a detailed binder of information in the kitchen which was amazing.

Very organized.

Great location, some updating of bathroom’s would have been better but very manageable. I would suggest a couple of stools at the kitchen counter. Plenty of space outside with shade or sun available. Plenty of space inside. The best cleanest places we have rented. Look forward to a possible return visit.
