Fantastic location on the island. The house is just a hop and skip from the beach. And there are plenty of cute shops nearby. Stocked with lots of towels and I LOVED the master bath. Comfy, firm mattress. Clean enclosed pool. Beautiful

We appreciated the extra soaps, shampoos, and conditioners that the host provided! The beach wagon and floats were also great. The location was great — close to the beach and restaurants/coffee shops.

The pictures do not do justice for what you get! Great place, one block from thebeach. We thoroughly enjoyed the casa. Pool was a huge hit. Thanks and we will be back.

Our 4th stay in Anna Maria- first time at this house and we loved it! Perfect size for family of 4 plus Mimi. Location on historic Pine St with walking distance to shops, food and coffee plus close to Tampa Bay and the Gulf is a plus. Amenities including well stocked essentials plus beach chairs/wagon etc were very useful. Linens, towels and beach towels are nice. Decor is cozy combined with elegance. The pool, waterfall, Tiki bar and lighting add to this piece of paradise!Frankie is very easy to communicate with :-)

We had the most incredible stay at this wonderful property on Anne-Marie. The location is unbeatable—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, yet just a short walk to the stunning white sands of the beach and local shops. The house itself was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The pool and outdoor space is perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We are already trying to figure out when we can book our next trip back! Highly recommend!

Everything about our stay was incredible! Frankie was extremely welcoming and great at communicating with us. This is by far the nicest property we have ever stayed at!!! There are an abundance of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the beach is literally right down the street! We enjoyed so many hours in Frankie's gorgeous pool, complete with a picture-perfect waterfall. Many meals were eaten at the poolside tiki bar. The kitchen is fit for a chef! I wish my house was decorated as well as this one! Frankie has thought of everything to make a stay extremely comfortable! We cannot wait to come back!!!!

Absolutely beautiful home within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and the beach. The pool and tiki bar were perfect for hanging out! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Anna Maria island!

This house and the host were great. We loved every bit of it. That house was clean and up to date. The bathrooms were really nice. The pool was exactly what we needed and the location was awesome. It was close to some local shops and just a block and a half from the beach. Frankie, the host, was especially accommodating and responsive making our trip that much more enjoyable. We will be back again!

We had an excellent getaway weekend at Anna Maria Island! The property was conveniently located to the beach as well as shops and restaurants! The owner was very responsive to communication and easy to work with!

We have ben coming to AMI for many years, staying in a variety of homes mostly on the north end. We have always wanted to stay in this home and this year we were able to make it work with our plans. It did not disappoint. The home was super clean, well maintained, and had all of the things one would need for a stay. It's central location on Pine Avenue is a real bonus and it is a simple and easy walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The pool area, including tiki bar, is spectacular. I shouldn't be missed that this pool is in a screened in cage which means zero no see ums. If you know you know, this is a hug plus. Frankie is an exceptional host. Very responsive, accommodating, pleasant, and a real joy to work with. We have stayed in a number of wonderful homes in Anna Maria and the Blue House on Pine, Casa Caliente, is one of just a few we feel we must visit again. If you are on the fence about this home, get off the fence and get it on your calendar!

This is our second stay and can’t wait to go back! This property does an amazing job of handling the details and it made for an incredible stay. Beach wagon, pool toys, beach chair set-up, and an abundance of towels really set this property apart. Several families traveled with us and stayed at other properties- this house was everyone’s favorite!

Exactly as pictured, well equipped kitchen, pool with tikki bar were great after returning from the beach. The location is perfect walk to the shops, restaurants & beach. Loved everything about the house!
