Cozy Cottage w private Beach Access,AC&WiFi -Quiet North End AMI. Tropical Oasis

Sea Garden Cottage is a true island gem and escape. Sea Garden Cottage is located on North Shore Drive at the north end of the island. It’s charming decor and garden oasis are sure to make you lose yourself in your future get-a-way.

This home rests on a 1.23 acre lot directly on the Gulf, a rarity on the island. The lot is surrounded by mature trees, tropical vegetation, and views of the Gulf and its sandy shores. We had lost 2 very large trees since the 2 hurricanes in 2024, so there is newly planted vegetation and resurgence of the old vegetaion.

The master bedroom has king size bed with half bath and TV. The guest bedroom has 2 XL twin beds and a small TV. Both rooms open to a screened lanai where you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Sea Garden is fully equipped with linens, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee maker, tea pot, crock pot, pots and pans.

We provide free high speed WIFI. You can stream your favorite apps and platforms. TV's in each bedroom and living room.

Perfect place to stay at Anna Marie. We didn’t want to leave. The property has everything you need. The screened in back porch with the views is amazing. Pictures don’t do it justice. Very short private walk out to the beach. The host is very responsive. We will stay here on our next visit.

The house was peaceful and serene. We loved our direct, private access to the beach. The communication with Kari (our host) was top notch. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Amazing property Adorable little cottage with amazing yard and path to the beach. The outdoor shower stole the show. We didn't use the inside shower once. Lots of incredible vegitation and "wildlife" in the yard/path. When can I come back!?!?

The Sea Garden Cottage goes above your expectations. It’s perfection at its best. There is nothing you will need. The host has thought of everything. It’s located on the most peaceful part of the island. We cannot wait to return!!!

Hard to imagine a better overall experience exists outside of this property on Anna Maria. The host, Kari always responded immediately the very few times we needed her. The walk to the beach, the outdoor shower, the screened porch and the beautiful landscaping are all “movie and magazine” visions come to reality! Not many humans around. No overcrowding, If you like quiet, relaxing, beautiful scenery this is your place. The cottage was wonderful. Everything you need for the 3 minute walk on the private tropical path to the beach is there waiting. Chairs, umbrellas, floats, wagons to haul it. Fishing rods. All in good shape. You can save rental cost on bikes. 4 bikes, 2 each - male, female - are at your disposal. Bikes are in great shape. Even have air pumps for the tires if needed. Beds are comfortable, kitchen spacious, TV’s in all rooms. AC cooled nicely. The outdoor shower! :). You cannot go wrong with this little piece of Heaven!

Perfection. Clean, nice, cozy home with all the amenities you could hope for. No need to bring anything except for clothes and ourselves. Coffee on the back patio every morning and a short walk to the beach. Communication with the host was spectacular. Would love to go back sometime soon!

There is nothing negative that can be said about this property. The house is so cozy and with comfy beds. The path to the beach is serene and then when it opens up to the beach it is just breathtaking. The sunset is perfect to watch from the property. I suggest booking a golf cart because the island gets heavy traffic for bikes, especially with littles. Book this place and you will have no regrets! We definitely plan to book again.

The cozy cottage has such beautiful gardens and a seating area with ocean view. Providing guests with 4 bikes to use and beach gear and towels really sets this vacation rental apart from the vast majority. The host has also thought of everything to make a stay comfortable.

This house was wonderful in every way. It’s was very clean had everything we needed. The beautiful garden was amazing. Such a treat to see a big yard that led to the most gorgeous beach on the island. Couldn’t be happier with our choice for a quick fall getaway.

We absolutely loved the property. It far exceeded our very high expectations based on the pictures. Kari was a delight to work with.The house is such a short distance from the local restaurants that we ended up walking the beach every day to a local restaurant for lunch. Definitely didn’t need the car once we were there.The house was very well outfitted, really providing all that we needed to enjoy our breakfast and dinner at home each day.I really loved the terrazzo floors, overall layout, and just general feel. The screened in porch and lawn though really made the place. It’s definitely something special.

Sea Garden is a truly special place. The location was ideal with only a few minute walk to shopping and restaurants. The house was perfect for our needs and the property was incredible. Kari and her team are great hosts and have anticipated the needs of guests in every way. SG is a beautifully renovated cottage with a fully equipped kitchen including new appliances to updated bathrooms and bedrooms. Everything was available for a day at the beach including chairs, umbrellas and toys to bikes for riding on the island. A screened porch provides a beautiful view of the tropical landscaping. Having your own personal path and private beach access was one of a kind.
