Six spacious bedrooms each with their own ensuite, 2 bedrooms have a king in the loft & double bed underneath, perfect for a families. The Eastern master bedroom has it's own lounge room too. Accommodating 12 - 14 people with plenty of space.

Large fully equiped kitchen with windows looking over the mountains, two fridges, large oven and a big dining space. If you'd rather cook outside there's a pizza oven & BBQ downstairs.

Large wrap around verandah with multiple day beds (perfect to follow the sun) & large dining area to entertain.

Two large living areas (three if you count the private one attached the master), one with a projector & screen perfect for movie nights.

Huge pool with cabana & plenty of lounges for the whole family.

Downstairs you'll find a large games & entertaining room, complete with a bar, infared sauna, table tennis, bathroom & fitness equipment.

Just off the games room, there's a pool table, spa, additional dining areas, large open fire pit, veggie garden & the BBQ & pizza oven.

Stroll around this 12 acre property & walk through a small enchanted forest over a sand dune to our 2 mile beach.

Mini wildlife reserve, shared with a troop of 50 kangaroos, schools of ducks, owls, turtles and birdlife. From the black cockatoos to10 kookaburras that will laugh you awake, waiting for you to hand feed them breakfast.

Located on the beautiful Coffs Coast in Woolgoolga.

Around 5 hrs from Sydney by car, 4 hrs from Brisbane or a 25min drive from Coffs Harbour airport. We can organise transfers if needed.

There is a security camera at the front entrance.

No pets allowed on property as we are a mini wildlife reserve. Unfortunately there is a $1000 fee for pets found on the property during a guests stay.
