Beautiful balcony view. Very clean. The host always responded quickly. There was an air conditioner in the living room and fans in the bedrooms. We appreciated the in unit laundry. Will gladly book, again.

Great location

Condo was in a great location…close to Ruston Way and other Tacoma attractions. Ron was quick to respond to all our questions and we enjoyed our stay

Really enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the timely responses to my many inquiries. Will stay here again during our annual visit to Tacoma next year. We felt very safe here and it was close to shopping and restaurants. Thank you very w, Ron!

Wonderful quiet neighborhood with a view of the bay. We stayed in #5 and enjoyed the view from the patio. Very close to everything like the zoo and glass museum. Communication with Ron was excellent , very easy check in and check out. Want a relaxing and enjoyable home away from home experience, stay in this condo!

Fantastic place - exceptional host!

This is a top-of-the-line experience on all counts. The condo is very comfortable and fully-equipped. It has great views of Commencement Bay and is in a beautiful neighborhood full of gorgeous and interesting homes. Host Ron Tines is simply the best I have ever encountered- unfailingly responsive, accommodating, and thoroughly professional. He provides a guide to the condo and the neighborhood that is extremely well organized and informative, and he promptly replies to any questions or needs. It makes for a fantastic stay. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay. Clean and great communication with host (I’ve never gotten such a complete guide to the area!) Nice that there were a few walkable spots (we walked to the pizza place and to Legendary Donuts - which were the best donuts we’ve ever had). And it’s a quick drive to parks, beaches, museums, etc. We went down to Old Dock in the morning to see the seals and were not disappointed! Also a convenient drive into Seattle.

Great Area and Perfect for Us!

We had a great stay at the condo. Ron thought of everything. We need fan noise in our bedroom and it was nice to see that we had many fan options available. The place was close to everything and it was so quiet at night and was nice to be able to have the windows open without fear of loud disturbances. We would definitely stay there again!

Awesome accommodations!

The location and condition of the property is great. The unit is very clean and well cared for. Ron has been a joy to work with - responsive, attentive, very considerate and professional. Would definitely return.

A Consistent Experience

We have stayed with this owner multiple times throughout the past three years and there has never been any surprises. Always clean and as shown. These properties are a great place to hang out with family. We love the ease of booking and know it will always be hassle free. The neighborhood is super cute and walks are wonderful. Easy peasy.

This is the second time at this property. It is very comfortable, clean, a nice view, and quiet. For us it is very convent for the places and people we want to see.

Great Location

Great location with a great view of the ocean. All parts of Tacoma were close by and very easy to drive to. Lovely area to also go for walks. Well appointed condo.

Elmwood condo #5 great stay

Beautiful view. Biggest thing for me was it was a safe location. Way better value than staying in a cramped hotel. We were in the area for a basketball tournament for my daughter and to be able to wash clothes and cook some meals was an added bonus. Ron spells everything out well. Thanks for a great stay!

a good week

Very nice and clean. Enjoyed the view while relaxing out on the balcony, the Jacuzzi bath was great. The owner was very helpful when I had questions. It is a nice place and central to our visit. Will keep it in mind for next time.

Perfect Home Base for Biz Trip

Excellent Two Bed/Two Bath condo that served me and a work colleague well during a week long business trip. Each had our own bed & bath and was several hundred dollars cheaper than each of us getting a hotel room. Onsite parking was easy, just keep in mind there are some old cobble stone roads in the area. There are great Puget Sound views off the balcony and from the dinette area. Ron is an exceptional host and the one minor problem we encountered during our visit was fixed the next day. Will stay here again if it is available for our next trip.
