Very enjoyable stay

Property was clean and updated. Elevator was quick and never a long wait. Pool and hot tub were great for the evenings after a day at the beach. Lots of beach chairs and toys and umbrellas. Good eating in the area. People in the condos were all friendly. Plenty of parking. Beach was amazing and very clean.

This condo has everything you need. There are so many beach toys, skim board, Boogie boards, 4 chairs, small cooler...you really dont need to bring anything but food and a beach towel. There are also a good bit of kitchen supplies and laundry supplies already there. Honestly, I hesitated to book this place because the pictures dont do it justice. While the decor is plain, its priced accordingly and you have everything you need. We loved the chill vibe of cocoa beach and were shocked there was no traffic for 4th of July. The balcony had great views for watching many firework shows. The beach is perfect and you are close to restaurants and groceries. The pool and hot tub are also perfect. Lots of families stay at sandcastle condos so there are plenty of kids for your kids to play with.

1st Family Beach Vacation

Very clean. Other residents/guests were friendly. Quiet area. Pictures of the beach view from this specific unit were misleading, but didn’t change the enjoyment of the property. Beach was not overly crowded making it easy to relax and enjoy. Would love to come back someday

The condo was wonderful with a good view of the beach, but from the side, it was a great location and it was clean. The only problem was the mattress being pillow tapped for us and the master bathroom was too small. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, spacious, quiet, and well organized. The condo had everything we needed and more without clutter like other rentals. They even had beach chairs, which was a bonus! The pool area was extremely clean too and the water was the perfect temperature. The elevators were super fast too. Parking was extremely easy and close to the unit. I thought the location of the unit on the property was one of the best locations. There were two patios, big stocked with chairs and a table. The beds were cozy and the couch was the best! The host was great too. I would definitely recommend this rental. I can tell the host has put a lot of thought and effort into making guests feel welcomed and taken care of.

March - Cocoa Beach

There were a couple of issues with the unit and the owner was very quick with getting back to me and getting the issues resolved. Regarding the cleanliness of the property, the floors could use a good scrubbing. Otherwise the rest of the unit was clean. Pictures and descriptions were accurate.

Home away from Home

This condo is well stocked with most everything you need! Great location and close to restaurants, shopping, and things to do! It was clean and in good repair. Owner is super responsive to questions. 10/10 would stay here again!!!

Perfect getaway spot right on the beach. Conveneint to restaurants and bars. Nice 2 bedroom with seperate baths and lots of space.

Great accommodation

My husband and eight year old son stayed at this property for one week over spring break. It was such an upgrade from when we previously stayed in a hotel. It's located in a convenient location. The unit was so clean and felt like home away from home. The washer and dryer were incredibly convenient and were so helpful to have. The beach gear was great to have access to use. The pool and jacuzzi were utilized daily and well maintained. We met so many other visiting families while there and it was truly a relaxing vacation. My only suggestion would be to maybe have some type of wagon or buggy to transport the beach chairs and gear. It was a lot of stuff to lug back and forth. Otherwise everything we needed was already there. Highly recommend staying at this property.
