Just as advertised, photos and descriptions spot on. Beautifully decorated and appointed with great appliances and furnishings. Beach is great and having beach loungers and umbrellas included was fantastic. Condo also has extra chairs, cooler, beach wagon and water toys. Great large balcony. Fantastically outfitted for a no hassle fly in stay. Would highly recommend this building and unit. Kudos to the owner for a great property and Greta’s for the process.

Loved this condo! The host reached out before we arrived and they were very responsive throughout our trip. We loved having 3 bedrooms, of which 2 had en suite bathrooms. The condo was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. A big bonus was the large, private balcony with a regular height table and other seating options because when we aren’t on the beach, we are usually on the balcony. We would stay here again!!

The condo was perfect!! Everything was as described on the website! There were all the needed utensils in the kitchen, although we didn’t cook, we did use the Keurig. The beds were super comfortable. The 4 beach chairs were a bonus and the beach service guys were awesome. There were beach towels in the room which was a surprise! Face towels for makeup removal. Enough towels and washcloths. We had 8 guests and there was plenty of room for us all to be comfortable. 3 bathrooms were convenient and necessary. Beach wagon, two umbrellas and multiple boogie boards came in clutch. Communication with the host was excellent! All my questions were answered quickly. The day before, I was contacted about my second parking place and the host secured one for me. Elevators were fast. The parking garage is the only downside of the condo, simply because they built it to utilize space and the turns are tight going in and out. Even with my woman driving skills I could navigate though and park easily. I would stay here again!! After searching intensely for the perfect condo we found it on the seventh floor and super easy beach access!! No complaints!!

Well stocked and beautifully decorated!

This is the best unit we have rented! They thought of everything. Unit was well stocked and beautifully decorated. The large balcony with ample seating was a bonus.

Great Christmas Holiday with family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it is a great condo. The only hiccup we had was the unit was probably not rented prior to our visit so the ice maker was turned off, and some electronics in the unit were unplugged and not working, but Riley was our contact and worked with us to fix the problems. The communication was excellent with the staff.

Practically Perfect in Every Way

This was the loveliest condo we’ve stayed in. It was decorated so nicely, comfy beds, amazing balcony, well-stocked kitchen. The owner included so many thoughtful touches and was fantastic to communicate with. The beach access was convenient, and the views were amazing. If you’re looking to stay on the quieter end of PCB and have a great get-away, I think you’ll love it here! We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful rooms with everything needed for a three night stay. Weather was great too! Will rent again for sure! Out contact person was attentive and ensured we lacked for nothing. Location was great, close to the office, and our favorite Dee's Hangout and Pier Park!

Relaxing Getaway

The condo was as advertised. We had a great week. One thing that could be improved is the internet speed. We had challenges with the TV due to slow or intermittent connectivity.

Only problem - the ice marker and water dispensor in the frig doesn't work.

we loved this place alot esp seeing the ocean every day! we had breakfast on the deck and happy hour every day also! had alittle problem with the tv’s but Adam came up and helped us. very quiet!

Condo on Florida beach

We had a great stay, in spite of the terribly hot weather and thunderstorms which lasted all of one night and half of the other.The unit we stayed in was immaculate and well stocked with a wide variety of essentials. The only problem was a toaster which became inoperable on our last morning.My one complaint concerned the swimming pool and its location. The pool water looked filthy on one of the two days I inspected it, and the area around the pool was in disrepair and in need of a paint job, new fencing, and a thorough cleansing.

Fabulous!

Furniture, finishes, appliances and mattresses were all of great quality, functionality and comfort. The balcony size, furniture and view were fantastic. Everything was cleaned well and the unit smelled freshly cleaned upon our arrival. I travel to the beach a few times a year and have rented a lot of condos over the years - and this one was one of the best! And the property management with Greta/Riley was 5 stars. They extended my stay at short notice and allowed me a late check out! No complaints from me at all. I had a really great experience. Would rent again.

The decor was lovely. I really felt like I was on vacation. The most accommodating part was the walk in shower for our elderly parents to use who joined us. The beach chairs and beach wagon was an added bonus. The entire condo was clean. I have no complaints and as soon was my favorite beach season opens for booking. I would love to book this condo again!

Thanksgiving 2022

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family spent 5 days over our Thanksgiving holiday in this beautiful condo. Overall our experience was great. The kitchen had most everything we needed to prepare our big Thanksgiving dinner, there was even a Kitchen-Aid stand mixer with attachments on the counter and ready for use 😃. The stove has a double oven so we were thankful our turkey was not any larger as it would not have fit, but I realize most people don’t come to the beach to cook a 20 lb turkey, lol. The unit is beautifully decorated and the beds were all comfortable, the balcony has plenty of seating with space to move around each other. Make sure you take your own toilet paper if you are there more than a couple of days with multiple people. The only tp in the unit was what was on the holder when we arrived. We did discover this prior to it being an issue so no real problem, just a psa if you will. Beach towels and chairs are available along with a very nice washer and dryer. Our only complaint was that we were locked out of the unit 30-40 minutes before checkout at 10. So if you are running close on time (I don’t think 30 minutes before checkout is close but...)for checkout make sure someone stays in the room so you can get back in to get your bags. Overall our experience was really good and we will be booking thru Greta’s Beach Rentals again.
