Imagine yourself, in your beautiful home away from home, overlooking the emerald and turquoise waters, watching the sunset and marine life from your spacious balcony. Enjoy your panoramic view of the Emerald Coast, from the 20th floor. Tropic Winds boasts the LARGEST gulf-front balconies on the beach (300 sq. ft.), which is accessible from both the family room and the master bedroom!

PREMIUM BEACH SERVICE - Includes two reserved beach chaise loungers, umbrella and chair side table that are situated gulf front. (March 1- October 31.) Extra Tommy Bahama beach chairs are available for your use, as well.

MAIN LIVING SPACE - The modern kitchen, with all updated stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops with waterfall edge, flows into the comfortable dining area and family room, coastal furnishings and luxury vinyl flooring through-out. The kitchen is fully equipped whether you are making a meal, snack or cooking the days catch. Keurig K cup pod coffee maker.

2 BEDROOMS - Master suite with king bed premium mattress, beautiful views, balcony access and private en suite bathroom that has been beautifully renovated in 2026 with walk-in shower. Spacious second bedroom has 2 queen beds with premium mattresses and full bathroom that has been renovated in 2026 with new bathtub/shower. All premium bed/bath linens are provided.

ENTERTAINMENT – WIFI access so you can watch your favorite movies and shows on the family room smart TV. Both bedrooms are equipped with TVs, and all have Roku remotes.

PARKING - Reserved parking space (inside main building on 3rd floor) is close to the elevators for your convenience. Optional extra parking is available for 2nd vehicle across the street from main building in "open parking" spaces, on a first come, first serve basis for a one-time fee of $40.

KEYLESS ENTRY – No keys to worry about – you will have your own personal door code.

LAUNDRY - Full size washer and dryer in your unit.

CONDO AMENITIES - Premium features include indoor/outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, exercise room, sauna and steam room, corn hole and other activities. Charcoal and gas grills are located beach level with picnic tables for outdoor dining.

This beautiful condo is right on the water - not even a boardwalk between you and the ocean! The owner is very responsive, organized and helpful. I cannot recommend the unit itself, the location, or the rental process enough. You will enjoy reserved chairs (in season) right on the beach. The balcony has incredible views from the 20th floor and is large enough to accommodate a family. All of the furniture throughout the unit is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked and you will have beach towels, chairs, and everything else you need for your stay. A parking spot is included and the owner works with you throughout to make sure you are aware of local restaurants, etc. I highly recommend this unit and hope to stay again soon!

Great fall break getaway

We had a great family vacation. The beach was beautiful and the sunsets from the balcony were amazing! The kids loved swimming in the heated pool while the adults could still enjoy the beach view while supervising.

This property is well-appointed with an excellent beach view. The owner’s communication was prompt and responsive throughout our stay.The Central IssueThe property listing significantly misrepresents the pool. Photos suggest a medium-sized facility, but the actual pool is quite small—inconsistent with a 20 story building and misleading to guests selecting this property specifically for pool amenities. This was a major disappointment, as we had chosen the property anticipating equal time between beach and pool.Secondary ConcernDuring our stay, the small pool area became dominated by other guests engaging in disruptive behavior and inappropriate language, making it uncomfortable for families to use.OutcomeDue to these factors, we left early. While we appreciate the owner’s responsiveness, we recommend she update pool photography to accurately reflect the facility’s actual size. If you want a property where you are able to spend equal time at the beach and the pool, my recommendation is to look elsewhere.

This condo was incredible! Everything in the condo was thought of. There was not one time when we thought needed something that wasn’t there. It was super clean and all of the beds and couches were super comfortable! My favorite part was the balcony. So comfy out there and the most gorgeous sunsets!

My husband and I currently live near Charlotte, NC and both work for an airline. I guess you can say we do take advantage of our "free flying" fringe benefit. Of all the many places we've visited, PCB is one of our favorites. What is not to love about this area? It has the most beautiful sugary white sandy beaches and tropical colored waters. Pier Park is amazing for shopping, eating and our favorite honky tonk bar, Tootsies, where we love to go to hear live music and dance! My husband is an avid fisherman, and the first time we visited PCB, he got me "hooked". We love to go backwater as well as deep sea fishing and this area will not disappoint!

We have 4 children and 4 grandkids and love it when we can get together. When the day comes for us to retire, this will be the place for us! Until then, we would love to share our "happy place" with you.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We have friends who own several units at Tropic Winds Condominiums, and have enjoyed visiting them over the years. We really like the less congested "West End" location, and absolutely love the size of the balconies at Tropic Winds. We recently took the plunge and bought this unit on the 20th floor. The views are spectacular and l don't know what I love more....relaxing on the balcony or lounging on the beach under the umbrella. Either way, I'm happy!
