Surf Song #212 - (Walkup, No Elevator) Comfortable 1 bedroom 1 bath suite at Surf Song Resort. One Queen Bed in bedroom. All new flooring, new granite kitchen with upgraded cabinetry. Newer range and refrigerator. New furnishings throughout. Free high speed internet and HD television. While on the smaller side at 366 sq ft., 212 offers a great deal to be at the beach.

Please note all guests are required to complete and sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts before any reservation is confirmed.

Quiet second floor walk up location. Not a beach view, but just steps to Surf Song heated pool and white sand beach. Fully stocked kitchen with all dishes, utensils and pots and pans. By far the best deal on a one bedroom condo in Madeira Beach.

Guests enjoy the easy convenience of being just steps away from every amenity, including bbq facilities and of course, the incredible white sandy beach, the gulf waters and relaxing heated pool. And just across the street? John's Pass Village! The village is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copying, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

The location was perfect for two people. So close to the ocean and the heated pool. Updated items made it very nice as well. I would definitely book this location again. Many things to do right across the street.

Condo was super clean, cute, cozy and comfortable. The bed slept very well. Kitchen supplies were sufficient. No beach gear or beach towels provided within the unit. Unit as described and would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I took a short trip down to Madeira Beach and stayed at Sun Song. Our room was PERFECT for us, and well maintained and decorated. The hosts were super friendly, and the grounds were well-kept and beautiful. We love the tiki huts next to the pool. Right on the beach, and right across from EVERYTHING Johns Pass has to offer- it’s our new fav go-to resort!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures of the listing are a little deceiving. We have stayed at surf song multiple times, but this was our first (and last) time in this unit.The unit itself is definitely outdated, but definitely livable and the location made it seemed like it was in the main buildings by the pictures, when its actually located in a separate building near the parking lot area. I will say it was noisy from traffic noice not from other guests which is usually the other way around if you have a stay near the pool, but the stay itself is a great location across from John’s pass which is why we always stay at surf song. The cleaning crew they use very clearly did not do a very good job. The bedding at arrival had sand all over it, our white socks were brown from walking across the carpet, there was brown water leaking from the ac unit and the tub kept backing up due to an obscene amount of hair in the drain and had ants crawling all over inside of it. Yes, we washed the bedding ourself and cleaned and yes im sure the company would have sent someone to deal with the issues as they do respond rather quickly, but we chose to clean up the issues ourselves as we didnt want to wait for someone to come do it for us and take

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is older. No room for a dishwasher. The TV internet is very slow and non-responsive at times.It is a great little unit for one guy that spends most of his time on the beach or boardwalk. Bring your own salt and pepper as the only things offered above just dishes and plates is what other people may have left. I would stay here again, that's just me. But wanted to state all that I experienced in Unit 212. It is a unit off from the main building not directly near the beach. So, on the positive- you wont have little kids running around.

Cons:* Do not follow the numerical order for rooms or parking. There is no order.* Do not think you're staying "at the resort". You are actually in the parking lot above what used to be the manager office and it is closer to the street than to the actual resort the map in the room would have been helpful prior to check-in).* View is of the front of the resort or the street. * No elevator access. Be prepared to lift. * Air conditioner in bedroom is either blowing directly on you or not at all/broken* Noise from street makes it difficult to sleep.* The size of the accommodation is very very compact. * Pool water was cloudy. * Was contacted the day before check-out to see if we were leaving early (I thought that was rude).* Received email before we left asking us to book again next year. * Left an envelope for survey , but did not leave anything to write with. Pros:Excellent proximity to beach, pool, shops & restaurants. Great area to stayClean.

Unit was separate from the main condo building. The pool was very clean and the beach was awesome! The bathroom in the unit is very small but there was only 2 of us so we managed. It was clean and we had no issues!

Love Surf Song

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was not very satisfied . Entry door was beat up and missing paint and problems with the lock. Bedroom door and bathroom door would not close. Bathroom was extremely small, knees almost rubbed the vanity. All doors in the unit needed replacing, beat up and paint chipped.Road noise from outside was was very loud inside the unit. Windows also needed replacement, did not seal and you could feel air around them.We would not consider renting this unit again. IT WAS CLEAN INSIDE, and Jenn and Dawn very very nice in the office..

VERY NASTY PLACE and FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

The listing stated all new flooring and furnishing! The carpet was so nasty, stained and sticky that you could not take your shoes off. There was dirt/sweat stains where your legs and arms would touch the sofa and chair! The kitchen chairs wheels fell off when my husband sat down in it and the other kitchen chairs arm was coming completely undone! The bathroom was not clean!!! There was toothpaste spit all over faucet and black hair on the counter top. Also the bathroom is so tiny one person are barley fit inside! Luckily management refunded our complete stay and we were able to find another place to stay the same day! NOW VRBO NEEDS TO REFUND FEES!

Madeira Beach Stay

Loved staying here. Very reasonably priced. Although small, everything was well laid out. This was our first time staying in Madeira Beach versus Treasure Island and we were happy. Directly across the street from John's pass. Had a great time and the weather was perfect.

Right on the beach

The property itself was very cute and had an amazing location but when we sat down to use the toilet our knees almost hit the sink, and when trying to take a shower my husband and I hit our hips on the sink almost every time getting in and out. The bed also very hard and not all that comfortable. I’d love to stay here again but I don’t think we will unless the sink gets fixed and the mattress is taken care of.

Was disappointed there was not a good view of the beach, pool, or really anything

The process was quick and easy property was clean bathroom was very small. had stove, microwave, and coffee maker but no blender so we bought one and left it their for the next guest. Had a nice pool good location across from Johns pass.
