Amazing condo on the beach!

We enjoyed our stay in this amazing condo right on the beach! It was a serene oasis away from the busy streets yet close to everything. Mario was an amazing host to deal with and gave us excellent recommendations for the area. The kitchen was well stocked, living areas spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful property!

Great place right on the beach

Mario is a wonderful host. Friendly, responsive, and professional in helping us navigate the few issues we did have; even when we were the cause. The condo itself is better than it looks online. When I found it I assumed the main picture was of a main lobby or some other shared space. Its the living room! Amazing views. If you like watching marine traffic of all kinds, or just listening to the surf, you dont even have to leave the couch! The kitchen had everything we needed to make ourselves meals, which saved a ton of money. All the long beach touristy things are just a few minutes away as well! Even the rest of LA wasn't too far away, including Universal Studios. Great jumping off point for active folks but also a nice place to just sit and relax. We did both and loved all of it!

Beautiful condo, location, and view

Easy check in and check out. Excellent communication with Mario (he even checked in with us following news of an earthquake) Condo was clean, spacious, and as advertised. Easy access to the beach and local restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Family Memories

The best time ever! Our Daughter and her husband live 2 blocks from the property. It couldn’t have been a better situation. Everything was wonderful. The owners, the property, the location, the weather and most importantly, the memories we took with us. You can’t put a price on that. We can’t wait to go back. Amazing property/location!

This condo/property is nothing short of amazing, and in my opinion comes at a very fair price. It had everything we needed and was close to all kinds of things. The host (Mario), by the way, was very friendly, communicative, and had great recommendations. Would stay here again/recomme d. 10/10.

Long Beach conference

The property is spotless with great views of the water. The location is perfect. Close to the marina and Belmont Pier with a lot of restaurants in the vicinity.

Beautiful Ocean View

Great place with an amazing view of the ocean. You can take the steps to the beach and boardwalk, or just sit on the large balcony and watch the sunset!

Perfect 5*+

We spent 2 weeks as a family in the place and enjoyed so much! Mario is super responsive and helpful. Location is super - restaurants and shopping nearby. Disney quite close. Universal some 60-90 minutes drive. The beach is very calm and super nice. Apartment better than in the description and photos. Pool is good for swimming. We felt always comfortable and safe. As readable in the description: garage is good for a Chevy Marlibu sized car - regarding length and width. We would recommend this place 100%!!! The proximity to the beach and views are unbeatable.

Simply perfect

We came from the UK to have a short break in Long Beach. The condo is perfect in every way. The location near shops and restaurants, all within walking distance, and the proximity to the beach. The condo is enormous with easy access to the beach amd pool. Sitting on the veranda with a glass of wine watching the sun go down was just bliss. Mario was the perfect host and made our stay very easy and relaxing with great communication and advice on local amenities. Couldn’t recommend this highly enough. Thank you Mario.

Relax in a beachfront Mediterranean Villa..yes please!

Fantastic view! If you want to hang out, read a book, and watch all the boats, shipping container boats, sailboats, jet skiers, water skiers, parasailors, and more....this place is for you! If you want to walk down to the beach, there is a big path for walking, running, and riding bikes(we rented electric bikes-so fun!). Comfortable King-size beds in both bedrooms rooms. The building was originally a house and converted into condos. So the unit is rich with history. Cool landscaping. Saw a ton of hummingbirds everyday while enjoy my coffee on the balcony. There is a nice table and chairs in the dining room. We ordered in food and chillaxed in the unit a few nights. Love the crown molding and the entryway. Having a garage was a huge plus. We worked with Mario and he was so helpful and happy to answer questions and provide us with tips. I texted him once for a wine bottle opener, and he left one for us on the back door on a bag for us. Now that's service! Mario recommended that if you go far enough down the beach path, there is a Kite Beach. Lots of colorful kites that fill the sky. Very fun. Whetherh you want to hang out downtown, or stay close and rest, I would highly recommend this property. BTW, there is a closet the size of a bedroom.

Great place and location

Three adults (including our 21-year-old daughter). We stayed for 7 nights in July, 2023 for a family vacation. Beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean from the interior and from the balcony. Access to the beach is very convenient and we found the beach to be well maintained and never crowded. The condo itself is spacious, well equipped, and has a nice mix of original architectural elements and modern updates. We enjoyed lots of beach and pool time, plus many hours relaxing on the balcony. A wide variety of eating and drinking establishments are nearby-some of which are within easy walking distance and others that are within 1-2 miles. We sampled several. The garage was also a definite bonus since street parking nearby is usually congested (note: the 4Runner we rented fit in the garage, but a larger vehicle probably would not). Mario was a gracious host who was quick to respond to any of our questions or requests. We highly recommend this place and would stay again!

Not as pictured!!

The pictures are very out dated & need to be updated to represent the truth! I have plenty if needed. The hosts require add’l ins pymnt of $119. When I asked Mario to please waive the add’l ins he said it couldn’t be done, because they have “upscale furniture” in the condo. It may have been, many, many, yrs ago. I’m asking again, please refund the $119. We had to meet Mario to get the keys and he proceeded to make us tour each room in the condo w/him. As if 4 adults couldn’t figure out lights and such on our own. Instructions on paper is sufficient enough. The master shower had hairs & we had cold showers 2/3 days. Even though it was frustrating, we were there 3 days to see our LB family and we didn’t want to fuss w/mtg a host. I received texts & calls from Mario the day before our departure. I finally excused myself from my family & answered a call and as we discussed things, I told him about the hair & cold water issues. He wasn’t sure why it was happening & wanted to come look into it, but we didn’t find it important enough to leave our family. His texts & calls were to find out what time we were planning to ck out. I said we have until 11 a.m., as well as explaining that we hadn’t discussed a time yet. His reply was that “he needed to plan his day and needed to know.” I told him that’d I get w/my family & let him know later. We ended up leaving at 10 a.m. & again, had to meet him to give the keys back, no walk thru this time. Next time, hotel for sure!

Dreamy Long Beach Escape!

To say that this property is a gem is the understatement of the year. Coming to the area was our first big "post-pandemic" trip and this space did not disappoint! The view, the balcony, the pool, and the beach were amazing. The apartment itself was open and airy while being cozy a the same time. Mario was a gracious host who responded promptly to any questions we had. Important to note: the parking space is in a single garage that will not accommodate larger vehicles. Our small SUV (a rental) fit, but we had to fold the side mirrors in. (not a complaint, but something to be mindful of when booking!). We had an amazing time and highly recommend!

Science Geeks in the sun...

Four adults stayed for 4 nights primarily to attend a conference at the convention centre. It is quick 5 min Uber ride so very convenient. Majestic primary bedroom that overlooks the ocean as well. It is a really cool property, very well maintained with a to-die view looking over the pool and deck area out to the ocean. Direct access to the beach and walking/bike paths so really easy to get out and see the area. Mario was awesome. He was super accommodating, we were never wanting for anything and the check-in / check out took minutes. Thanks Mario!

Relaxing stay in the sun

What a perfect short getaway in a great location. Lee was a great host the condo was gorgeous and had everything we needed we even had a lovely cookout and the kitchen had all the appliances we needed. Great location to everything and the garage was a plus!!

Family trip

The location is fantastic, walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, parks! The view from the living room and master bedroom is beautiful. The host, Mario is very attentive and the check-in and checkout process is very easy. We will be staying there again!

The condo was exactly as advertised, a beautiful, historic, spacious condo that is only feet from the beach. Specific highlights include a very comfortable master bed and a well-stocked kitchen. We highly recommend this property.
