Our beautiful condo is on the ground floor, located in one of the nicest, well cared for communities, which boasts 2 master suites. Great time in AZ!

Awesome Vacation Rental

I can’t say enough about this great condo. It was clean, spacious and exactly like the listing. It is minutes away from great hiking, and stores, and restaurants galore! Charles was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. I would stay here again!!

Fantastic condo in a GREAT location for horse shows at West World.

It was everything the ad said it was and more. They even supplied laundry soap and pool floats! We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Charlie's condo for the second time this Spring and had an amazing week. The condo has everything you need and its close proximity to the pool is perfect. This time we enjoyed hikes in the local area, but go early when its cool. Another fantastic stay, we will come again !

Another wonderful stay!

Perfect location, quiet and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was in a quiet location and convenient to everything. The furnishings were comfortable, especially the bed in the master bedroom, and we felt at home. We needed to make some adjustments to our stay and we so appreciated Charles and Eva's willingness to help and flexibility. We'd recommend them and their condo to anyone!

Very enjoyable month!

We really enjoyed are stay for this past month. The location is excellent, the pool was super and the condo was comfortable, clean, and in great shape. (We would of cleaned more if there were cleaning supplies!) We will definitely be back.

Born and raised in NY, we moved to Scottsdale in 1996 with our 2 children. We love the outdoors and tranquil lifestyle that Scottsdale has to offer.

Eva obtained her real estate license in 2002 and loves working with buyers and sellers. She works full-time now that we are empty-nesters. Charles's background is in Finance. He handles property management & investments.

We bought this property in 2005 when it converted to condos. We wanted to buy an investment property that would be easy for us to manage and that is close to our home. We love this location - we only have lived in 2 homes since we moved here and it has always been in this area, Northeast Scottsdale - close to the McDowell Mountains - there are many places to walk and hike; but we LOVE hiking Gateway Loop trail - the trails and views are spectacular. See last photo - we took that on one of our hikes - don't miss the opportunity to go and visit this trail - http://www.scottsdaleaz.gov/preserve
