We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Daytona Beach Shores. The unit was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and very well stocked with everything we needed for our trip. The views are absolutely gorgeous, and the patio was a highlight... we spent many great nights out on it or in the pool (heated and felt AMAZING) and the building amenities were great as well and made the stay even more enjoyable.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!!!

Perfect vacation

Loved the condo, spacious, clean, loved having own parking spot right by elevator, will def stay again! Owners were also super nice & checked on us several times to see if we needed anything!

Vacation 2025

We joyed our stay. The condo was beautiful and we had everything we needed. We had 8 people and never felt crowded with all the space we had. We enjoyed the spacious well furnished balcony. The owner and manager were both amazing to work with and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was perfect!

Perfect property on the beach

Beautiful view --we so enjoyed the sunrise walks on the beach. Condo complex very clean, quiet, secure and staff were very friendly. Most things you would need are within a walk or short drive. Toni, your reception person,--so friendly and helpful in showing us around upon arrival.

Immaculate Beachside Retreat

3 patios with views and beautifully furnished, this property was the best we've ever stayed in!! Daytona has beautiful warm ocean sunrises and sunsets over the Halifax River that can be seen while enjoying first class dining. Florida is our new Hawaii !! Thanks for a great VRBO stay !!

Wonderful condo! Great views!

We had a wonderful stay this week. The condo was immaculate and had everything you could want or need. It was great not having to worry about bringing chairs, beach towels, or boogie boards! If we rack I Daytona we will definantley rent this condo! Plenty of space for everyone!

This condo is top notch!

Ocean Vistas condo complex is beautiful. We stayed in unit 501 for 3 weeks. The furniture is high end and very comfortable. Everyone was really kind and went above and beyond to help us out.

The condo was beautiful and ready for us when we arrived.

The property is in a great location on the beach with two balconies. The power had just came on after hurricane Matthew and we were able to occupy the unit the same day. The unit is beautiful and very quiet we had a great stay.

It was hard to believe that Hurricane Matthew which was a Cat 4 hit Daytona Beach and that our amazing cleaning crew and property manager were able to get the unit just perfect within hours of surrounding area devastation! Beautiful place amazing view

I would rent this condo every single time if it is available! Everything was great! Beds were super comfy, plenty of room, everything you need to cook, and the owner was extremely accommodating! The view of the ocean is gorgeous we saw dolphins while having our morning coffee! Don’t waste your money on a hotel stay here!

Great Stay!

The condo looked just like the pictures, and Toni (she greeted us when we arrived) was very accommodating. The two balconies were great because the sun was always facing one of them as they are on opposite sides of the condo. It was very spacious, and we enjoyed watching the NBA playoffs on the huge television in the living room. Grilling out on the balcony was also a great memory. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful and relaxing!

The furnishings and layout, 2 balconies, and the amenities were spectacular. We have stayed in MANY condo rentals and this was perfect. Not one thing missing as far as kitchen/laundry needs and that was a great perk. I’m pretty picky with what we require and this exceeded our expectations. Thank you for sharing this beautiful space with our family. And Toni was great to show us around and check in on us.

Wonderful Condo with Great Views!

We've stayed at this facility several times before. Always a great experience. Great staff, location, and amenities. This condo unit was very clean and well furnished. Owners were pleasant and check-in process was easy. Elevator next to room entrance was very convenient. Never had to wait! Views of both ocean and A1A were amazing. We will definitely try to come back!

Beautiful, family friendly condo. We felt right at home during our week stay.

Our family had a wonderful stay. It felt like a home away from home. It was a very secure, safe place which made our stay even more comfortable. The owners were very nice and attentive in making sure we had everything we needed before we arrived for our stay. Toni, the greeter, gave a great tour and explanation of the property. Overall our stay was great! The only thing that seemed kind of odd was the request made to us to wash all of our towels before departure. We didn't mind of course, and followed through with request.

We looked into the comment of someone asking you to wash all the towels prior to departure and it seems like there was some miscommunication. Guests are asked if they could kindly place all the dirty linens and towels in the laundry room prior to departure. If guests voluntarily decide to start the wash cycle it is appreciated but not necessary and it usually allows for the next guest to check in earlier than 4pm. We addressed this communication issue so that it does not confuse future guests. We are so happy that everything was perfect and you enjoyed your stay. Beachfront Luxury

The moment we contacted the owner, we knew this was going to be a great vacation. Great communication, patient with all my questions, and just an overall pleasant experience. Toni met us at the gate, and showed us around. The place is absolutely gorgeous, with a huge kitchen, 3 1/2 bathrooms, and lots of comfortable places to relax and enjoy. I can't recommend this place enough. We liked it so much we talked about buying a condo there ourselves!

It is very unfortunate that the guest chose to leave us a 3 star review when they indicated to us that everything about their experience was EXCELLENT. To date, we have only received ALL 5 star reviews as we take GREAT pride in making our rental property the best experience one could wish for. The condo association frowns upon anyone checking in after 9pm. It is the policy of the condo association that guests are given a tour of the unit as well as the areas and amenities of condominium as a whole. Due to these guests not checking in until 11pm, our greeter had to come at that late hour to give the mandatory tour, causing the late fee to be applied. Prior to guests confirming a reservation, it clearly states on the listing that an extra fee will occur if guests check-in after 9pm. Guests also sign off on the contract which reaffirms the late fee. As with any rental, a refundable security deposit of 500 dollars is held for any damages which may occur. We were notified by our property management company that the current guests who provided this review, had a child whom they neglected to supervise. The child used a permanent marker to draw all over the couch pillows and bed sheets. I wish we were able to upload pictures to show the damaged items but it is not possible. With that being said, even though the cost of the damage was in excess of 100 dollars, the management company withheld a lesser amount of money.
