This adorable cottage is perfect for those looking to stay in a tiny house! This 1 bedroom, 1 bath home is located within 5 miles of the SRQ Airport and 10 miles to the white, sandy Gulf beaches.
For those who are looking to stay in a private home that is about the size of a hotel suite, this cottage is for you. Why stay in a hotel surrounded by many other guests, when you can stay in this adorable home?
The features of this tiny house are mighty! The living room features a Queen size sleeper sofa, 50" Smart TV, cable and Wi-Fi Access, a computer desk and chair. The dining area features a small table and 2 chairs...perfect for morning breakfast. The full size kitchen is complete with a range, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Glasses, dishware, bakeware and silverware are all on-site. The bedroom features a Queen Size bed, dresser, nightstand, closet and 42" Smart TV equipped with ROKU. The bathroom has a stand-up shower and linens and towels are provided. To round out this adorable Florida cottage, there is a shaded patio with a charcoal grill out back. Need to wash your clothes, don't worry, there is an on-site washer & dryer. Between the Queen Size bed in the Bedroom and the Queen Size Sleeper Sofa, this cottage offers sleeping for 4!
The Tiny Florida Retreat is located in Bradenton which is just North of Sarasota and South of Tampa. Area attractions include the Gulf Beaches, Selby Gardens, the Ringling Museum, IMG Academy, the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall and the South Florida Museum.
For those of you who like to shop, the UTC Mall is located only 10 miles away. Saks Fifth Avenue, Macy's and Dillard's are the anchor stores...while the Cheesecake Factory, Seasons 52 and Brio are the main restaurants. There are many more shops and dining opportunities in the area. For those who love the Outlet Malls, the Ellenton Outlet Mall is approximately 20 minutes away.
For the sport enthusiasts, Bradenton is the Spring Training home to the Pittsburg Pirates and Sarasota is the Spring Training home the Baltimore Oriels. Both stadiums are only minutes away.

We enjoyed everything. The tiny house was spotless good location to all beaches and Sarasota and Anna Marie Island. Our host got back to us immediately and was very helpful. We would differently come back.

Great location, great neighborhood, friendly neighbors. Loved the carport all the stores were super close to me. Close to my job, felt like I was rught at home!

Great Stay!
The cottage worked perfectly for the three of us. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and was a good location for the things we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again.

Weeklong visit
The Cottage is a nice place to stay when spending time in Sarasota. Convenient and easy access.

My trip was for spring training and photography of wildlife. The house was as described and had all the kitchen stuff needed for the couple of meals I made while there. There was a Publix and I believe a Winn-Dixie near by as well as a sports bar just around the corner that had large portions. Communication with the host was very quick and she answered all questions in a timely manor.

Adorable Cottage
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The cottage is close to attractions in Bradenton and Sarasota. Our host Pam made sure we had everything we needed.

This Little Cottage Big Charm
Just needed a place to lay our heads after fun filled days. This little cottage gave us that with charm and the coziness of a home, not sterility of hotel.

This was our second time staying here and we love it! It’s so clean and has anything and everything that you need and the neighborhood is really quite 10/10!

Several days in Bradenton, FL
The “Tiny Florida Cottage” was clean, comfortable and accurately described. The location was convenient to several beaches and many restaurants. Communication with the host was excellent and check-in/check-out was easy.

Perfect cozy little cottage
The property was beautiful and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. It was clean, comfortable and cozy. The private porch in the back was beautiful and a nice place to cool down after a day at the beach. We loved every minute of our stay! Highly recommend!

Our 4/2024 FL visit
We really enjoyed our stay here. I really love it when you see a rental online and in person the rental is exactly how it looks in the pictures. The house was cozy and absolutely perfect for our stay for the two of us. This rental has everything you need for a great stay!
