Spacious and nautically adorned with blue blackout draperies for privacy and features a new queen-sized bedroom set, new A/C unit and new 3 cu. ft refrigerator/freezer, and twin reclining loveseats. Full private bathroom is equipped with a linen closet, bathtub, shower, beach towels, and toiletries.
The TV comes with an Alexa Fire Stick, giving you access to Prime, Disney+, Hulu, local and global news and weather updates.
Designated parking is provided for registered guests, conveniently located near a well-lit path to guests' private entrance.
The property's location provides easy access to local attractions, AMI Beach Street nightly activities, Beach Street Pier, Bradenton Convention Center, IMG Academy, and the scenic Robinson Preserve. We are strategically located next to everything, guests enjoy.
Within walking distance, you can experience horseback riding on Palma Sola Bay.
Exploring De Soto National Park, catching a show at local play theaters, browsing arts and farmers markets, visiting Le Com Park for Pirates baseball, or heading to GT Bray Park for pickleball.
Stroll along the downtown Bradenton Riverwalk with new ferries to AMI and return. There’s also jazz festivals, golfing, charter fishing, sunset boat tours, the Cortez Fishing Festival, and plenty of restaurants and churches to explore.

Our rental is designed with your comfort, privacy and convenience in mind. For lovely home cooks there's no cooking just a tea cart perfect for preparing light meals such as microwavable dishes, sandwiches, salads, with a microwave, K-coffee pot, tea kettle and toaster.
There are vast breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurants available on Anna Maria Island and in our surrounding area from breakfast to dinner. A few within walking distance.
Convenient for home cooks to relax and take a rest from grocery shopping, cooking and cleaning up.
Please note that due to code regulations and hosue rules, cooking, smoking and vaping is not permitted inside or outside and only 1 or 2 registered guests.
No visitors allowed on the property. The rental is set up comfortably for 1 or 2 registered guests. Children under 14 years of age are not permitted per code, and pool safety regulations. No animals allowed due to allergies.
The solar-heated pool is reserved for registered guests to enjoy during their stay.
Our lovely neighborhood primarily consists of retired professionals, and a few new younger owners. We are Christians who take pride in maintaining our homes and are known for being friendly with a smile and helpful. Residents and tourists alike relish morning walks, bike rides, and leisurely strolls to Palma Sola Bays. Just a short walk away, the new Starbucks offers a perfect morning with coffee, fresh croissants, and friendly conversation.
As a non-smoking property and allergies, we strictly prohibit smoking, vaping, and animals.
