This is the best property I’ve ever stayed at. We had 24 people and it never once felt overcrowded. The party barn is amazing. Kami, the host, has perfected every detail of this place!!

Riversong was the perfect venue for our family to get together. The house has every amenity you could possibly want, including plenty of beds for our group of 18, 2 convenient kitchens and an awesome game room. The grounds were equally nice and the Colorado River in the backyard was our grandkids favorite. Host responded quickly to all of our questions. Wonderful place!

Our extended family just returned from a week-long stay at RiverSong. The size of the property was perfect for our group of 16, with space for all to spread out. The party barn was the main gathering spot, and all enjoyed the games provided. While it was disappointing that the river was nearly dry, we did get two days of flow at the end after some rainfall. Communication with Kami could not have been better. Definitely recommend this property for large groups!

The host was so easy to communicate with and so accommodating! The house had everything that we needed! Great location. Beautiful views and so peaceful! Definitely will have to book here again!

Riversong is such an intentional space. It’s the perfect place for large or extended family trips as there are things to do there at the property for all ages (sandbox for littles, games and toys for all ages, plenty of pack-n-plays, board games for all ages, the wading pool in the river, horse shoes, ladder golf, corn hole) inside and out. The sound of the river is enough to lull you to sleep on the back porch and the gas fire pit makes for a great space to come together in the evening. You can stay there all day or drive 10 minutes to the Village in Grand Lake. Kami the host is very involved to make sure you have a great stay-including getting us connected with a local mechanic for an emergency vehicle situation we had come up. The kitchen spaces are also completely stocked with near everything you could need-we cooked our own meals each day there and the double dishwasher made things smooth and clean for our party of 20. Highly highly recommend!

Great Stay - wonderfu location!

This property was beautiful and the riverside location was just perfect! Communication with the owners was absolutely wonderful! We loved our stay there and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Property!

This property is wonderful for families of all ages. Convenient location to Rocky Mountains National Park, Estes Park, Lake Granby, Grand Lake, and the town area of Grand Lake which has many shops and restaurants.

Spring Break 2024

This is our second stay and we will definitely be back. The owners are incredibly kind and the home is gorgeous. The house has something for everyone at every age to enjoy. The location is great to access Granby and WinterPark.

Perfect Colorado

This was the favorite of all the mountain properties in which our family has celebrated Thanksgiving over the last 25 years-plus! The Lodge and the surrounding countryside are the way you always want to think of and remember as true Colorado.

Wonderful Family Vacation Home

We had a wonderful family vacation at RiverSong! Accommodations were a perfect fit for our family of 19 (8 adults and 11 kids, 3 - 12 yrs old). Hope to return in spring or summer to enjoy all the outdoor amenities. Thank you Kami & family for providing such a special place with all the extras needed for a most enjoyable stay.

House was very mountain authentic and soundproof for different areas. Part of the group could be loud in the game room and folks watching tv on the other side of the house couldn't hear them. Very cute and spacious!

The Riversong Lodge exceeded my expectations. Beautiful setting on the Colorado River with an extremely well equipped lodge. Lots of outdoor and indoor spaces to relax. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. 9 of my 12 siblings attended along with their kids and grand kids. Perfect location for a family reunion. Very close to Grand Lake and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. This place is amazing!

Excellent cabin!

This place was perfect with lots of functional space and options for things to do. For our group of 15 adults we there was more than enough space to spread out while still feeling cozy in the living areas. Kami was a great host and showed us around the property when we arrived to cover all of the details that any guests might want to know.

Kami was the best host and very attentive to our needs. She was an amazing help referring vendors for our daughter’s wedding weekend!!! The house itself was the perfect home to host our family and friends and a small wedding reception! We have absolutely NO complaints. The home was well stocked, very clean and the game room, hot tub, gas and wood fireplaces were all added bonuses! The proximity to town was on point. Would highly recommend anyone hosting their family and friends at Riversong!

Quiet and restful

This home was the perfect place to get away and relax. Every single detail was considered for every room. There was plenty of space to have tons of kids and quiet space for the adults on the same property! The owners were very kind and welcoming. We look forward to spending time here again in the future.

Family Reunion

We had an absolutely great time The cabin was perfect for all the age groups 76-7 years old. Kami and Tim are the perfect hosts. We saw wildlife and enjoyed just hanging around the cabin. The younger people went horseback riding , ATVing and we all did some hiking and shopping

River Song 2023

River Song is an excellent place to have your family vacation and reunion! The owners Kami and Tim are very hospitable and helpful. We truly loved staying here and had a recommendation from our friends to stay here. They were “right on”!!! Everything is so conducive to having fun and feeling comfortable! It was truly an amazing and wonderful place.

The house was amazing!! Kami is an absolute amazing host, answered calls, texts, or email very quickly. I didn’t have any problems with the house. It was just absolutely perfect and beautiful!!
