Lakeview Lodge - Gorgeous view of Grand Lake!

Just minutes from the entrance of the Rocky Mountain National Park, this beautiful mountain hideaway sleeps 10 and has fantastic views of Grand Lake, Shadow Mtn. Lake as well as the stunning Mt. Baldy. Downstairs has an open floor plan perfect for socializing. The kitchen is equipped to prepare a feast. The upstairs has another family room with a space perfect for the kids to be kids. The enclosed deck has ample seating to enjoy the views, grill the catch of the day or sit by the fire pit at sunset. The large dining table also doubles as the perfect place for family game time. Large driveway for cars and toys. Be sure to bring a 4x4 in winter months. There are 4 televisions including a 65" on the main floor and a 70" in the master bedroom. All are equipped with Firesticks. The bunk room has barn doors for added privacy. In that each floor has its own water heater, there is plenty of hot water for those needed showers after a day on the slopes.

-Minimum age requirement to rent this home is 25
-This home is not pet friendly - no exceptions will be made.
-This home is non-smoking
-No parties or events
-The Grand Lake area is highly wooded with frequent fire bans. Wood burning fire
pits are PROHIBITED on this property. Failure to adhere will result in the forfeit
of the damage deposit. The provided propane grill and fire pit are fine to use at
all times.

This was a beautiful air b n b! Amazing views, very good location and the house itself was very clean, big and well maintained. They even had a pac n play, high chair and kids toys so we could pack a little lighter. Close to downtown and boat rentals. Doug was great and very accomodating! Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful home, nicely decorated with everything you need. Lots of room. Location had great views of the lake and mountains, privacy and wildlife, yet close to town and restaurants. We will stay here again.

What a pleasure to stay in a beautiful home that makes you feel right at home! Adequately stocked with basics which so many scrimp on (paper towels, garbage bags, tissues, T.P., etc). Plenty of towels and cookware which made our 9-day stay enjoyable. We really enjoyed the comfortable patio with plenty of seating configurations, depending on the sun. I brought my own hummingbird feeders and the hummers showed up within 12 hours for more patio enjoyment. And the wildlife did not disappoint, pictures from the kitchen window of the deer eating up close. And I will also say, the host is super responsive for any need / question that comes up. If we venture to Grand Lake again, this is the place to stay.

This house was a perfect fit for our family, very spacious with lots of seating, amazing views of the lake, had everything we needed to cook our own meals. We especially loved sitting outside taking in the views and making s'mores on the fire pit. Easy check in process. We would love to stay here again!!

We’ve stayed at this home multiple times over the years, and there’s a reason we keep coming back—it’s truly our favorite place to stay in Grand Lake.The home is always clean, beautifully maintained, and even better than the photos. It has everything you could possibly need, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds, making it feel more like a home than a vacation rental.One of our favorite features is the deck overlooking the water. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing after a day of exploring, the views are peaceful and absolutely beautiful. We also loved the whole-home music system, including the outdoor speakers—it creates such a fun, relaxing atmosphere and is a feature you don’t find in many rentals.The location is fantastic—close enough to enjoy everything Grand Lake has to offer while still feeling quiet and private. The hosts are wonderful, communication is always easy, and it’s obvious they take great pride in providing an exceptional experience.We’ve made so many great memories here over the years and already look forward to coming back again. If you’re considering booking this property, don’t hesitate—you won’t be disappointed!

House was perfect, and the views were amazing. I use to live in Grand Lake and wanted to take my friends up there to show how beautiful it was. They loved it and I have been to a lot of houses there and this house had the best views.!

Enjoyed location, house, and the veiw is incredible. Large house everything you need. We have been to this area many times and this is my favorite house.

Birthday mountain retreat

Our group of six thoroughly enjoyed the spacious home. It was very comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed to make our stay perfect. We explored Grand Lake and got the full Rocky Mountain experience!

Great Stay in Grand Lake

Doug and his family's cabin is very cozy, tucked up in the mountains with a stunning view of Grand Lake! The kitchen was well appointed, with all of the cooking and food prep items you'd need for a large group. The deck has tons of seating and the home feels incredibly spacious and airy. Would be a great stay year round, but we loved being close to town and the lake during our stay!

A truly beautiful home with lots of room for everyone to have their own private space. Two nice living areas to watch a movie downstairs and the kids can be upstairs watching a movie or playing games. Cozy and comfortable. The rooms are all nice sized and the two bathrooms have double sinks. Close enough yet far enough away from Grand Lake. Quiet location.

Beautiful home in a wonderful location. Loved how close is was to town and to the entrance of RMNP.

Beautiful property with spectacular views. Spacious and clean. It was perfect for our family getaway. Not far from town and RMNP.

Friends/Family Weekend

Took some friends and family for a long weekend in Grand Lake. This property is absolutely beautiful, in a perfect locations, and you can't beat the view. Will definitely book again!

Beautiful place!

This has such a great view of Grand Lake and Shadow Mountain! Lots of chairs! The inside was great with a loft for the kids to watch tv and a neat bunk room. 2 very nice big bathrooms too!

Relaxing long weekend

Beautiful view overlooking Shadow Mountain and canal into Grand Lake while sitting on large deck. Home is comfortable and even has toys and games for kids.
