The home was clean and perfect for our visit. Loved sitting on the balcony and looking out on the water. Would definitely book again.

We had a great time. House was very clean and the location was perfect for all of our fishing husbands. The only thing I wish it had was a few cleaning supplies for us to tidy up as we stayed but definitely not a big deal. We will definitely be back.

Loved how close this house is to walk to the beach access. Convenient to everything. Lots of room. Some suggestions the second master bed could use a plush mattress cover. The small twin beds as well.

We loved the location of the place and the amount of space both inside and outside it provided for our large family. The back porch was wonderful and fishing was great, and we were just steps from the beach. The property needs basic maintenance, though - the lawn hadn't been mowed or weeds removed in a very long time, the AC filter was very dirty, the vents had mold, the microwave handle was broken and we were only left 3 toilet paper rolls for 4 toilets and one garbage bag. One smoke detector had the battery removed and another light would not work at all.

Quiet neighborhood (end of March visit)Calm morning coffee overlooking the ocean inlet. We saw a bald eagle, fish jump and pelicans fish. A quick walk to the beach and Cherry Grove pier. Home was as described and very comfortable for 3 adults and 3 children (17, 14 and 9)

Great location

The stay was great! Perfect location just a short 4 minute walk to the beach. Great location away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough that to the night life.

Great spot for a family vacation

The house is beautiful and nicely laid out for both socializing and resting quietly. It is very well located, being only a 1/2 block walk to the beach. I also found the host very responsive and professional. I certainly recommend this property for a beach stay.

Family Fun vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff was pleasant to talk to. They kept us informed as to our time and made it easy to get to our location and get access! The house is beautiful and clean. The beds where not very comfortable. The grill could have been larger. The deck was beautiful for sitting out enjoying the views. The last night there i fell! The last step blends in with the rest of the deck, it was dark at the base even with the light on. I got banged up pretty good. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Best Vacation Ever

We enjoyed our stay, and the location was perfect. The property was big enough and there was enough room for all of us. The carpets could do with a good cleaning, or even a complete replacement. Blinds were broken upon arrival.

Management was very helpful and accommodating. I think the house could have been a little cleaner and the mattresses need updating. Overall, I would rent the house again.

Our Stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for the 8 of us plus our fur baby. Great location to the beach. We enjoyed fishing off of the back deck. There is a local grocery store very close to the rental as well as other gas stations and a few restaurants. Just as an fyi there is a picture showing an outside grill, but it is no longer there due to safety reasons per management. The home could use a deep cleaning maybe in the off season but if you are looking for a place to call home during your beach vacay don’t let this deter you.

Thanks for your 5 Star Review! We are so glad you enjoyed your vacation. It is a great location. We are sorry about the grill. It was removed before the summer. The pictures have been removed too. All of our properties get deep cleaned before season but it has been busy. We will do what we can to get it deep cleaned soon.

Great place

Great stay for a quick get a way. Property was nice and location was great. Only complaint was that a piece of siding on exterior of building was missing when we arrive. Strong winds our last night, so another piece that was coming loose was flapping in the wind and beating against the exterior all night. Pinball machine was a great bonus as my teenage boys loved to play it. Overall great experience. Aiding needs to be repaired.
