This is an excellent property where anyone would feel right at home. Beautifully furnished, spacious and well appointed with amenities.The views of the surrounding mountains are spectacular.

We had a nice stay at the vacation rental. The place was clean and well-equipped. Very well organized.Every room was of decent size. Towels, mats, blankets everything felt clean.Ideally, if the pantry had a few spices or something, it would have been great.The backyard is pretty and had a fire pit, although we couldn't use it.Its location close to several hiking spots is especially helpful. Marlene was kind and accommodating when we requested a late check-out. We would definitely like to stay here again.

We're so glad you had a nice stay! It's wonderful to hear the place felt clean, well-organized, and comfortable, with rooms of a good size and fresh towels and linens throughout. The backyard with the fire pit and the convenient location near great hiking spots are definitely highlights, and we're happy the late check-out worked out well for you. I am sorry you missed the spice rack that is on the wall to the right just inside the pantry door.

Second time visiting

We had an amazing stay. This go around we were able to stay more days. We enjoyed it so much the first time that we decided to get the same place this time.

Great property at great location

Property was very clean and presented well in person. Nicely appointed with outdoor patio and fire pit. Location was central to Breckenridge and Frasier which was perfect for us as our activities were at both.

Great for groups skiing

Our group enjoyed our weekend and we went to both Winter Park and A Basin! We cooked the entire weekend and the place was clean and cozy. Can recommend!

Lovely home away from home

Probably the nicest VRBO I've ever had. Excellence in furnishings, linens, towels, kitchen utensils, dishes...etc. Plenty of room for eight people. And what fun sitting on the deck watching the humming birds.

Wonderful Family Home

This property was everything we wanted! Very comfortable, well-stocked, layout of rooms and spaces was perfect to give everyone privacy and quiet, and was great proximity to skiing and shopping! I highly recommend!

Girls weekend

Great place to stay. Very comfortable. All 4 of us had our own rooms. Close to Georgetown and much cheaper than staying there. We loved watching the hummingbirds on the back porch. Everything we needed was there. And just a short walk to a couple of nice restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Christmas in Colorado

A great property equidistant from Breckenridge and Winter Park and only an hour from the airport. Nice amenities, very comfortable beds, easy check-in and check-out process, and very responsive hosts. One note, Empire is a small town with very little in the way of stores and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.

Memorial

The perfect house for our needs. Enough room for all. A bear got into the trash two nights in a row but at least we didn't hear it. Comfortable and clean with games for kids. I would definitely stay again.

Peaceful and comfortable stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Empire immensely! Perfect amount of space for our group of 6 to spread out. Small town feeling and friendly neighbors. Easy access to many mountain towns for your touristy enjoyment.Very clean home with thoughtful touches throughout. We loved watching hummingbirds duel for territory over the patio. Would definitely stay again!

Plenty of Space, Great Location

Guys weekend in the Mountains and had lots of space for everyone. Kitchen had all the amenities for meal prep- pots, pans, plates, cutlery. Both coffee pot and Keurig and assortment of spices. Games and TV's and lots of areas to spread everyone out.

Great mountain retreat

This is a very comfortable and well-stocked house in the mountains. The area is lovely, and there is a large deck and firepit in the yard where you can sit and appreciate the surroundings as well as the hummingbirds flocking to the feeders. It is also close to many great hikes and other outdoor adventures. Coming with our adult children, we particularly appreciated the large, comfortable beds and multiple bathrooms with toilets separated from the sink and counter areas; nobody was ever waiting for the bathroom. The jacuzzi tub was great too! We had a lovely stay here which we would highly recommend.

Ski touring in Jones Pass

The property was great it was the second time we stayed. It was a good location for accessing Jones Pass. Plenty of room. The only issue was that the stove does not work well. We had the same problem two years ago.

Great home. Fully equipped for our stjay. Lots of games available to use. Very kid friendly. Great little town. Awesome ice cream shop and donut shop. Close to all things we needed to do and wanted to do.

Wonderful birthday experience!

I stayed at this property with my friends and family for my birthday and we had a wonderful time! Check in process was super easy and the host was available to contact and even allowed us to check in an hour early since we landed in Denver earlier than expected! It was a very clean and spacious house and we would definitely stay here again!
