Apricot Bungalow No1, Stay, Relax, Unwind, Enjoy in this beautiful open plan living Bungalow in the nicest and one of the most picturesque place's on the mid north coast, Scott's Head. Within walking distance to the beach, shops, and club you will enjoy this wonderful little Bungalow.

Checkin is anytime after 2pm. We will send self checkin details the day before you arrive.

Checkout is 9am. Because we often have guests checking out and in on the same day this allows us time to clean. Please check with us if you’d like a late checkout. Late checkout is not usually available during peak periods like school holidays.

Minimum 1 nights stay but if you stay for a week you will receive 10% discount. We do allow 1 pet. Small - medium dog is allowed inside at the front door. Larger dogs are welcome, but restricted to the enclosed veranda. There is a fee of $20 per night for a dog to stay at the bungalow (extra cleaning allowance). If the dog has been on the beds and lounges there will be an extra cleaning fee of $100.

Love this place.

As a long time visitor to Scotts Head this was our second stay here. Great location & pet friendly. David responds swiftly to questions & the place was lovely & clean when we arrived. Hopefully we can stay here again next Easter holidays.

Perfect Location- park the car & walk everywhere.

Clean, comfortable accomodation. Air conditioning is a great addition. Walk everywhere. Perfect location. My family love staying at the Beach Shacks!

Very dog friendly accommodation

Apart from the fragranced products used in the bungalow which aggravated my health due to chemical sensitivities, it was comfortable and quiet. Had ants and a couple of cockroaches on the kitchen bench, and the toilet kept running unless I jiggled the flush button. I did struggle with getting the key, luckily my son helped me with it. I used my own bedding and towels due to being allergic to washing powders. Overall, considering I'm a rarity with my health issues, it was appropriate due to the location and welcoming my dog. This property was filthy Dirty linen, pans not fit for cooking the filth was discusting in oven, bbq, linen, rusted shower heads, bed not made with fresh sheets no wi fi or internet, bathroom line was dirty and used, left over body wash to use from last tenants, old milk in the fridge, no microwave crockery, paper bowls, toaster dirty, microwave dirty, grounds not maintained and windows had dog slobber and cobwebs all over, no comfortable lounges to sit on Overall it was a disaster Never to return I want all east half my money back

Cosy comfy accommodation

Comfy beds, good kitchen with large fridge, enclosed deck for our small dog and 2 toilets - this bungalow was quite roomy plus there were many more features that added to our comfort. Fantastic location so close to ths beach and park.

Clean and comfy

The Beach Shax are clean and the beds are soooo comfortable - this is our second stay here. They are pretty basic but still have a newness about them. There is under cover parking, a hose to wash the sand of your dogs feet and two loos. It is close to the shops, cafes and beach. You get a bit of an ocean breeze and there is about 5 ceiling fans and large windows so plenty of air to circulate.

Good size and nicely designed with plenty of light and filtered privacy. While not adjoining the beach it was within an easy walk to the beaches, cafes, etc. Pleasant outlook in the apricot bungalow. Only challenge was the tricky car space to get into for a large car.

Fantastic location

We are a family of 6, including one sooky puppy, and we had a wonderful time at Scotts Head. The apricot shack was in a great location, being a short stroll to the shops, beaches and playground. It was super clean and tidy, and had all the necessities, including a BBQ on the sun-filled deck. We had a magnificent time and will definitely be back!
