The bright airy kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals.The eat in area has large table with seating for 6.
The open family room includes an XL sectional sofa and ottoman, media unit and 55' LED Smart TV. WI-FI is also provided.
The large master bedroom features a king size bed, dresser, large mirrored walk- in closet, 32'LED flat-screen TV , ceiling fan, and lots of natural light. The master en-suite features a walk-in shower and has double sinks.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, 2 large closets, ceiling fan, 28' LED TV, dresser and lots of natural light.
The 3rd bedroom includes a single bed & queen bed, ceiling fan, 40' LED TV, desk area and large windows.
The 2nd bathroom includes tub and shower combo with sink and large cabinet.
The laundry room includes washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board as well as a vacuum cleaner and Steam Mop for tile floors. It has a lot of shelves for storage.
The garage has one parking spot with plenty of additional parking available.
The large screened lanai features a serve thru counter from the kitchen with seating for 7.
This villa is extremely bright, clean, & spacious. It is centrally located and close to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. Perfect for your next vacation.

Quiet and peaceful

My husband and I rented this property for the birth of our granddaughter and really enjoyed it! I stayed on by myself for several weeks after he went back home and felt very safe and secure. The location was perfect with everything I needed within a few miles. Melanie was so thoughtful to check on me and check about the baby several times during the stay!

Fun in the Sun

We had a wonderful month at our stay in the Villa. Quiet neighborhood, close to beach, shopping, downtown, pickelball park, and golf. The pool was nice to have but not heated . We would stay here again the the future.

Nice stay in fort Myers

Property is in a good location. House is across the street from community pool(pool filter was under repair) and lounges are not comfortable. House is very nice, comfortable couch and beds, nice TV's. well-stocked kitchen. spacious living space, master bedroom and walk-incloset.Nice dining room.The Grill's cooking grate is rusty and Lanai furniture not very comfortable.

Nice home with everything needed

We had an amazing time while staying at Cypress Lake. Home is spacious enough for our family to entertain. Keyless entry helped everyone feel independent. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Owner is super professional and responsive. Pool is just across from the driveway. That was a perk because we had the pool to ourselves the entire time we stayed at the villa. Location is central to everything you want to do, 20 minutes from the airport, shops within walking distance or short drive. Our favorite places to visit were Sanibel island and Everglades. We will definitely stay again if available.

True Florida Vacation

Layout of condo gives everybody privacy and a beachie feel.The lanai,well equipped keitchen,and large keitchen table were all a plus.Pool was fantastic!

Fort Myers Getaway

We booked this property because of the location. This was a very quiet area with plenty of room for ourselves and our guests over the 4 weeks we were there. We would recommend this property to others. It was clean and well equipped. The owners were great to deal with throughout the process.

Relaxation vacation

A wonderful vacation home in a quiet neighborhood with a community pool and near the beaches, parks, dining and shopping. The amenities provided by the owners help make your vacation hassle free. They also responded quickly when we had a question. We would definitely come back again.

Home Away from Home

We loved staying at this property! It was clean, well stocked, in a safe neighborhood and the homeowners were wonderful to work with. We stayed with a toddler for nearly two months (which can be tricky for a lengthy period), but the villa was kid friendly and we were able to settle in with our little one with ease. We enjoyed relaxing on the large lanai and taking walks in the neighborhood. This rental truly became a “home” away from home for us, and we hope to stay again the next time we are in the Fort Myers area!

We LOVED this house. It met our needs perfectly. The location is quiet but close to everything that we wanted. The pool is right across the street. We loved having plenty of dishware and cookware and a nice gas grill outside. Cant wait to come back next year

Comfortable, clean, & convenient location

We loved our stay there. The beds are very comfortable and the condo is equipped with everything we needed. The pool is so close and we always had it to ourselves. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood. The owners are great to work with & keep the condo in great shape. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, & beaches. We will definitely stay here again.

Very good value-for-money Ratio

From a German point of view very roomy and convenient home. Equipped with more than we expected. Nice clean kitchen and big breakfast table. Nice sitting room area. Nice clean bathrooms. Nice sleeping rooms with walkable closets. Vacuum cleaner, iron, washing machine and dryer available. Best vocational home we ever had.
