4 bedroom 4-1/2 bath 2 car garage town home close to downtown and Faurot Field. Short walk or ride to the stadium or downtown. Great for a weekend trip or long term stay. Large unit and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The kitchen has granite counters and stainless appliances. Washer dryer is also included. There is an attached 2 car garage. You won't be disappointed.

Perfect for Us

We were there for a game and was very nice living space and bedrooms, everything we needed and close enough for walking to great restaurants, nightlife and stadium. Highly recommend!!!

It was so nice to have a place that felt like home while visiting our son. Mike's house was the absolutely perfect for my wife and I. Having the garage space was icing on the cake. We will definitely book again!

Clean and great location

Stayed here recently with 4 women. We loved having the privacy of our own rooms and bathrooms. Plenty of "hang out" space in the common area. Great location, easy highway access. VERY CLEAN!! Plus a responsive owner!

COMO baseball tournament

Property was just as listed. Pleanty of room for everyone. Each bedroom had its own full bathroom which was wonderful with 6 adults there. Parking a little challenging at times but we figured it out with the 3 vehicles we had. Great place to stay and central to the area.

Awesome place.

This rental was perfect in every way for our family. Very rare to find 4 bedrooms with their own bathroom. It was very clean and the location was perfect. The owner was very quick with responding. I will most definitely be using this property again when we come to Columbia. 10 out of 10!

Celebrating our daughter’s graduation from Medical School Residency

We had such a great time. The house is beautiful. The house is so big, if you are upstairs you cannot hear the kitchen noise. We would love to come back again and stay here in this great home. You are close to everything. The towels were super soft and having the garage to park in connected to the house was super convenient. I would recommend staying here to anyone. Thanks for the great home.

Close to campus and downtown

Clean with basic amenities. Would be happy to return for any homecoming or moms weekends. My only feedback is that the master mattress sags on the left side and think that should be replaced. Very easy communication with host.

Birthday/MIZZOU Tailgating weekend

Mike's house was the absolutely perfect for our group. We were celebrating our son's 21st birthday and our first college game and tailgating. Everything was pristine and having the garage space was an unexpected bonus. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom and it was the best for our family of 8. Everything was exactly what we needed and easy to get to everywhere we needed to go! We will definitely book again!

Columbia stay

The property in Columbia is not fancy but it sure is functional. We love the fact we can put our car in a garage. The location is close to our son. Having laundry facilities in the rental is a plus. We can prepare and eat our meals just as if it were our own home. The couch is a bit marginal...very used. But comfortable

Near the hospital

This condo was exactly what my family needed!! We had a family member at MU Hospital and live three hours away. Mike was very quick to respond and helped in every way he could! Each person had their own room and bathroom, it worked out perfectly!! We were able to cook meals as a family and had plenty of room to sit together in the evenings. Close to shopping and food!! So convenient, thank you, Mike for having a “home” for us away from home.

Great, new, clean.

We just stayed here with a group of friends. This was the PERFECT place to stay with other couples, as there are 4 bedrooms, all with their own baths, and rooms are very similar so everyone had equal accommodations. All bedrooms have a queen bed, very comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. The place is very clean and feels brand new. A mile walk to the heart of downtown, or a 4 dollar Uber ride! The kitchen is stocked and bathrooms have towels. There are no shampoos, soaps, hairdryers etc. in bathrooms, so make sure you bring your own. Way better than a hotel room! Love this place and will rent here again.

March '24

Came here for a month as part of a tour through the country, and couldn't have asked for more in this quiet college town. All four bedrooms / five bathrooms were as clean as could be, and the area in general was very peaceful, and close to everything. Everything you needed, too, to make this a home away from home.

Needing new mattresses

The bedrooms were 75 degrees and crazy warm for ALL of us to sleep well. I reset the thermostat a dozen times to 68 and it always went back to a programmed 75. Crock pot does not heat at all. I thought we had the only poor mattress until family told me their’s was bad too. My washcloths were truly worn out with ratty strings on every edge. Surely the maid saw these needed to be replaced? Nice house but overpriced for the location and control of temperature and bed facilities.

Great location close to Mizzou!

Spacious townhome well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay! We loved having a bathroom attached to each of the 4 bedrooms...so nice! Although it's very close to the university it's very quiet! Very close to grocery store and community library (loved that!) Thank you very much Mike for a wonderful stay.

Home Base for Family Gathering

My mom, aunt, niece and I stayed at the house which was just perfect for us. We were in town for my uncle's memorial. So it was a sad occasion but really good to see family and so nice to come home to such a comfortable home base. Everyone loved having their own bathroom! Thank you, Mike!

Great as a landing place

We needed somewhere to stay while attending a book festival. This home was clean and near town. Would have loved additional towels, and a toaster. One of the seats on the kitchen chair was not properly attached. People kept parking and blocking us in. However, all that being said, it was fine for what we needed.

1 week for Son's wedding

The house was really convenient. A few minutia things that would of made it a little easier. Example there wasn't any salt and pepper. Coffee makings were not great. No sugar and the folgers that was there was old and all lumped together. The number on the house is not lit up and it is impossible to read on a rainy dark night. We had to ask the neighbors to move there car twice so we could get ours out of the garage. As I said all just little things that kept it from being perfect.

Holiday family get together.

We visited our son who lives in Columbia for Christmas. The house was perfect for our visit gathering at Christmas. Great location, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which is really nice. The owner was very easy to work with and the location is perfect with downtown being easily walkable. Without any question, we would stay here again.
