This place was an absolute dream! It had everything you could need and want. The little ice maker in the kitchen was a pleasant surprise. Well we paid a little extra for the view, I thought it was still very reasonable. The bag of goodies and the water was also a very nice touch!

Beautiful property with amazing sunset view! Easy access to the beach and loved having a beach umbrella, chairs, and a cooler provided. Kimberly was quick to respond to messages. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again!

You can't beat the location right on the beach with a balcony overlooking the water...it was amazing! The place was immaculate, decor was even better in person and Kimberly was super helpful! We will be back!

This is a lovely property that is beach front. The property is kept well, including the pool area. Very quiet. Although it was much smaller than our usual bookings, the kitchen was stocked well and there was plenty of room for two people. Look for the 'Coconuts' Resort sign when finding the property. I recommend this.

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything is beautifully decorated and a perfect place for a couples getaway! Location was great and the best view ever! We will definitely be booking this again!

The property was exactly as pictured. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The view from the balcony was beautiful to wake up to every morning. The host Kimberly was easy to communicate with and very responsive. My husband and I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay. Directly on the beach and had everything we needed for the beach! Parking was perfect and communication with Kimberly was fast. The pool is also an amazing addition- super clean and warm! The view is amazing- we saw dolphins every night from our balcony. This is a great place to stay- felt like home!

Amazing! Kimberly was great to work with. The pictures are accurate and everything you need for a great beach trip is provided. The unit is so beautifully decorated and comfortable. Washer/dryer and ice machine are just some of the extra conveniences. The pool area and outdoor areas are so nice also. You can’t beat the beach views and balcony for sure. We loved staying here and will definitely be returning!

Our stay was wonderful! The ocean view was beautiful, and you are literally steps from the beach. Well appointed kitchen and beach gear. Lovely interior decor. Great location on Holmes Beach. Property was well maintained. Would highly recommend!

The rental was beautifully updated! Morning views from the balcony were perfect for dolphin sightings and then evening sunsets were incredible. Great that we were just steps from the beach (and the beach chairs/umbrella/towels were a nice perk) We liked central location between restaurants and shops near both Holmes Beach and Anna Maria Beach (golf cart was perfect for getting around). After exploring other locations around town, we decided we would choose to stay here again!

Location is absolutely spectacular. The unit was extrenely clean. Hands down would stay here again. We had one small little issue the first night of our stay and the owner was extremely prompt in addressing. Couldnt have asked for a better stay!

Nothing beats the view from this unit! It was extremely clean and right on the beach. Appreciated the beach chairs and cooler that was provided. Perfect size for my husband and I.

We had a wonderful stay here. The property was extremely clean and comfortable with everything we could need, including towels and beach chairs. The instructions were easy to follow and check in was smooth. The location is perfect and the beach is even closer than appears in pictures! I would certainly recommend this rental to others.
