Incredibly peaceful location on a gorgeous lake. The house is set up so nicely - plenty of room for our family of 4 and 30 lb. Doodle. Only 30 minutes from Bangor and 20 minutes from grocery store but we honestly never wanted to leave the property, there was so much to enjoy. Kayaking, canoeing, reading and fishing on the dock, hanging out in the screenporch, napping in the hammock, and having a fire pit in the evening. This spot is the epitome of lake life - perfect place to slow down, disconnect, and spend time with your loved ones. 10/10!!

Great Little Lake House

Nice place. Beautiful spot on the lake. We chose a point half way between Acadia and Moosehead lake so we could visit both areas during the week.

Amazing Lake house, our family loved our stay. The house is perfect has everything you need. The yard is private and the lake is so peaceful. Canoeing to the small island across from the house was so fun. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property.

So peaceful and quiet. Great for fishing and kayaks. The home was clean, comfortable and spacious for the four of us. Lots of seating wirh a nicely equipped kitchen. Outdoor furniture galore. Beautiful property with a firepit.

Beautiful Lake House

Beautiful house on a peaceful lake. Perfect for kayaking, relaxing in the hammocks, fishing and swimming. We’ll be back.

Everything was perfect. Kitchen was stocked, we bought ice instead of messing with the ice maker. Views and things to use on the lake were wonderful. Rustic and peaceful.

Peaceful

This was a great camp and our family had a great little getaway. We saw turtles, loons, water snakes, and so many birds. The only negative thing I would say is the water was pretty mucky with vegetation, but once you get past that, the swimming was great. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Lake house getaway

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this lake house. Well appointed and clean. The location is ideal, secluded and right on the lake. Really enjoyed fishing from the pier and use of the kayaks and canoe. Appreciate the use of the gas grill. Smores at the firepit was a nightly event.

Absolutely beautiful property. The pictures don’t do it justice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We saw so much wildlife here. Loons and eagles were seen several times a day. We caught so many fish as well. The island in the middle of the lake was so much fun to explore. The paddle boats and kayaks were so much fun to use. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. We will hopefully return next year.

Graduation weekend

Renting a lake house, over booking a hotel, is definitely the way to go. We were just 40 minutes from Orono. The property is beautiful. The house has everything you could need. The owners responed very quickly from the beginning of the process, and throughout the time we had our stay. The layout of the house is very open, and well furnished. I would highly recommend to anyone considering a peaceful Maine adventure.

Family Vacation 2020

All and all our stay was great and memorable. We had everything we needed and more. The place is spacious with plenty of room for us all. The only thing we didn't like was we could not swim by the rental the water was murky and loaded with vegetation. We would kayak the kids out to jump in to swim. We caught plenty of fish and saw water snakes. Loons would float by all day long. We also saw a pair of bald eagles and an occasional Osprey. Great communication with the owner. Thanks for sharing your home!

Unfortunately due to the drought and lack of rain in the area the lake is unusually low this year ( about 6-8 ft below where it usually is at this time of year).
