Newly renovated whole home just outside of the Heart of Maine! Dexter is a beautiful community with so much to offer. Home sits on two acres just off Route 7 with direct access to Newport-Dover Rail Trail. With two bedrooms and Trundle Twin in the living room this home comfortably sleeps 6. With laundry on site no need to spend your vacation time at the laundry mat.
You are 1.5 miles from town which includes gas stations, restaurants, Reny's (A Maine Adventure in itself), grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. Public Beach/Boat Launch within 2.5 miles of home.
This property is located just 45 minutes from Maine's amazing Moosehead Lake, and 1 hour & 45 minutes from Acadia National Park. It is located 45 minutes from the Bangor Airport and just over 2 hours from the Portland Airport.

The host was excellent and responded to me right away when I needed answers. The property was very clean and a nice, cozy place to stay. Minutes away from downtown Dexter with all the essential places/needs.

Such a cute cottage and perfect for our month long stay in Dexter. Although the property does not have AC, most days you didn’t need it; keeping the blinds and windows closed during the day helped tremendously & most nights was breezy and cool. Danielle was a wonderful host; easy to communicate with and answered questions in a timely manner. I think the only negative is the traffic - it’s very loud at night (makes it tough on light sleepers lol). Would definitely recommend this place!!

Property was convenient for its proximity to a wedding venue 5 miles down the road. There was a bit of road noise but it was tolerable for the two nights we were there.

Very clean and modern. All the all the conveniences needed other than having occasional road noise because it’s so close to the highway. It’s very comfortable place.

Such a nice place. We stayed a weekend to attend a family funeral. Now we are planning to go back for a recreational vacation.

Perfect Fit!

It was a fantastic place for my parents and I while we were visiting family! Gave us a very comfortable place to have down time and our own space. Will definitely stay again next time we venture the long road trip to ME to visit family

9 day stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property is easily accessed and provides excellent access to a multi use recreational trail. The property is clean and well equipped and is very well maintained, The kitchen has all of the necessary appliances and cookware. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Even better than expected. Very cozy & well appointed. We were in area for wedding & this was a great place for us to stay - allowed us to be in one location with our adult kids & their spouses. Only small safety observation (from a retired firechief & his insurance agent wife) was a lack of smoke detectors.

Comfortable and cozy

Attended a wedding in Corinna and this was a perfect place to stay. Clean and spacious. Would have liked to stayed longer! Would definitely reserve again. Great hosts. Actuate descriptions of everything.
