Short term rentals, Beach access across the street

1 bedroom (sleeps 4), 1 bathroom, 5th floor fully furnished condo with beach access directly across the street. There is a fully stocked kitchen, a nicely furnished bedroom including a queen sized bed and a TV. The living area has a sleeper sofa with a large flat screen TV. There are two sliders leading out to the balcony with views of the gulf and a washer and dryer in the unit.
Heated swimming pool, cabana with BBQ gas grill, tennis court and bike racks are some of the common features.
Also included are beach chairs, beach cart, beach umbrella, coolers and towels.
One assigned parking space with additional guest parking available.
WiFi and cable TV. Included. A great inexpensive alternative to the JW Marriot which is only a few hundred yards away.

Excellent property and location

We were in town for a wedding. The property is walking distance to many restaurants and right across the street from the beach access. Thank you Joe for a wonderful stay.

Excellent Condo close to beach

We’d a brilliant stay in this condo on Marco Island. The place was spotless on arrival and just as listed. It was a great touch that there were beach chairs and a trolley to get everything to the beach. Joe was a fabulous host who kept in regular contact particularly as hurricane Milton made an appearance while we were there. All in all I’d highly recommend staying at this wonderful condo

This was an excellent place to stay. Great location and very clean! Joe was very good at corresponding and making sure everything was to our expectations as well! Would stay here again!

This condo was so nice, had all amenities needed, the location was perfect right across the street from the beach. The owner Joe was great, checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed, would definitely stay here again! Thank you Joe!

Perfect!

We loved the walkability to restaurants, shopping and church. Joe was extremely quick in helping us out when we had a small problem, our fault, us bad. Looking forward to our next visit.

Joe's unit was perfect for our son and daughter-in-law and single son who used the fold-out sofa. Our condo, across the street, can't accommodate our entire big family.

Short getaway

Property was perfect. Clean and close to the beach! Beach chairs were available to take to the beach. Loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the gulf. Would definitely stay there again!

Happy Family!!

The condo was as advertised. Right across the street from the public beach access. We were within walking derange of many dinning options . The property owner was attentive and in touch. We will definitely be. back again.

Great property and location. Nicely modern and clean. We enjoy the balcony, and were sad to see that the treeline across the street had grown a bit over the ocean horizon. We still thoroughly enjoy this location and the quiet facilities very much and the short walk to the beach cannot be beat! Thank you for a wonderful return stay!

Great condo with awesome location.

Beyond pleased with the our stay at this condo. Very clean and welcoming. Location was perfect to public beach access. Joe the owner was very prompt with responding to questions. We will definitely be back in the near future.

Great time and convenient condo

We had a great stay at this condo. It was so conveniently located, clean, and had everything we needed. Joe was very communicative and a great host. I’m not sure we could have comfortably used the pull out sofa for more than a week, but my son was very happy just sleeping on the couch. Highly recommend!

Vacation for Two

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the large balcony overlooking the gulf and easy access to the beach. Happy to have beach chairs and umbrella provided at the condo! We would rent again.

Great place

The condominium is great for a family of 4. It’s equipped with everything you need, the washer and dryer is a big plus. Close to the beach entrance. the heated pool was awesome and the beach gear is a great thought. Overall we had a great time.

Great location

Pros: Just cross the street to reach the beach; chairs, toys, cooler and cart were a plus. Very quiet complex with nice pool. Easy check-in, great communication. Cons: Only 2 bath towels provided. Carpet and upholstered chairs need a bit of TLC (cleaning). Good place to stay.

Great Spacious Unit

Unit was very spacious and bigger than I expected. Very nice place to stay. Love the fact that the washer and dryer are inside the unit. Owner kept excellent communication through the whole process.

Amazing getaway for Mom and Kids

I was speaking at a conference and wanted a quiet place away from the big conference area. This place was so peaceful and just what we needed. We loved using the kitchen and use the balcony. The access to the beach was awesome and a pleasant short walk. I can’t stress enough how perfect this place was.
