We had a wonderful stay at the River House in Homosassa! The house was beautiful, comfortable and perfect for our family. The location was fantastic, especially for enjoying the area by boat, with easy access to the water and everything all Homosassa has to offer. Joan the owner was incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. We truly enjoyed staying and would definitely stay here again.

This is our 2nd stay at this property. We absolutely love it. Perfect for a family looking to spend time on the river and gulf. The boat slip is a bit of a walk but worth it to not have to ramp your boat in and out daily. The springs are a 10-15min idle. Kids had a blast on the rope swing wife enjoyed the manatee encounters.

The RiverHouse was a lovely comfortable home. The Kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The home was very convenient for sightseeing. Found some great restaurants. Can highly recommend the Homosassa Distillery.

A clean family friendly stay

Very easy checkin and check out. Hosts are extremely responsive and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed this home for our Homosassa vacation.

Perfect place!

Can't say anymore than this place was just perfect! The house was clean and very nice. Location is amazing and having the boat close was a huge plus. We will definitely return!

Great long weekend

Great house in great location with great view. House was very comfortable. Used available boat slip which was very convenient. Grandkids loved the pool. Great long weekend.

Perfect vacation rental

We were happy with everything: exactly as advertised, the neighborhood is quiet, nice view of the river, we enjoyed all 3 screened in porches with fans, the kayaks and bikes were a nice addition, the house had everything you need, good beds, AC worked perfectly, prompt communication with hosts and yes we would stay again!

Scalloping 2025

The Riverhouse at Tradewinds was amazing! House is super clean and conveniently located to Old Homasassa and scalloping grounds. Having a private boat ramp is a plus. Looking forward to coming backing next year
