- Hardwood floors throughout and a soaring open-concept living area with a two-story fireplace create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
- The gourmet kitchen features granite counters, high-end appliances, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals and cocktails.
- Unwind in the luxurious indoor saltwater pool, heated year-round to 32°C/90°F. (Galaxy projector and sound system provided for added bliss.)
- Soak-in breathtaking ocean views from the expansive, 600 sq' wrap-around solarium and outdoor Promenade deck.

**Explore & Relax:**

- Spot marine life, birds, and planets and stars from the solarium (Telescope and multiple pairs of binoculars provided).
- Treat yourselves to a private chef experience, including cooking lessons!
- Learn to SCUBA dive in the pool with our partner East Coast SCUBA (available year-round, ages 10+).
- Explore the surrounding coastline with our complimentary kayaks (waiver required).
- Relax by your choice of two fire pits and unwind in the hammock nestled amongst the trees.
- E-bike rentals can be delivered to the Land Yacht. Ask when making your booking.

**Accommodations for up to 14 Guests:**

- 5 spacious staterooms with king or queen beds, some with en-suite bathrooms.
- Hotel-quality bedding and toiletries.
- The Stowaway's stateroom is a family suite with 2 king beds and a kid's loft. (Perfect for 2-3 kids.)
Note: Guests in the Stowaway stateroom will pass through another guest room or through the games/storage room to access 2.5 bathrooms.

- Pet stays are considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. (No charge.)
