We did so much on our trip, but hands down, the best part was staying here! Beautiful and so peaceful. Matthew had great communication and was very friendly!

The host communicated a wealth of information on the property, dining options, places to see, etc. The cottage was better than described, super clean, organized, well outfitted, with outstanding views! We came from far away but will return!

This property is extra special! The view and the privacy, spectacular.The home itself is small but well planned and every detail is well thought out! Beds and pillows 5*.Kitchen well stocked as well.I'll be returning!

OUR SECOND VISIT TO THE COVE.The cottage is small ,comfortable ,cozy and quiet. A great place to relax and very private Great for fishing off the dock and watching the wildlife in the cove. GREAT location for Star gazing.hiking trails and resturants.Great communication with Matt Duffy Highly recommend

We traveled from Ontario with another couple for Thanksgiving weekend . We loved every minute of our stay in this beautiful cottage. The ocean views are amazing from the porch and dock. It was really neat to watch the tide come in and go out again. We saw some seals swimming out front. It is truly a little piece of heaven. They had it nice and clean for us to use. I highly recommend renting this lovely little place. Would definitely return.

What an absolutely stunning setting for a quiet , peaceful and serene stay. Mathew was great at his speedy responses to any questions we had. Driving directions to the property were very clear and accurate. The ocean view was amazing especially in the evening when the sun was going down and the full moon sparkled in the water. Got some very cool photos. Peggy's Cove was a short leisurely drive, and proximity to some fabulous restaurants was convenient. The cottage is tastefully decorated and very clean and comfortable. We would not hesitate, one second, to stay here again.

An Absolutely Amazing StayWe had the most amazing time at this beautiful property in Peggy’s Cove. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and being surrounded by water with such a private, peaceful setting made this place truly special.Everything about the stay was relaxing and memorable. There’s something incredible about waking up and looking out at the water, enjoying the quiet, and feeling completely removed from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.The location, views, and peaceful atmosphere were beyond what we expected. We honestly didn’t want to leave and would love to come back. One of the most beautiful and memorable places we’ve ever stayed. Highly recommend!

I can not say enough to capture how wonderful our stay Rockhaven Cottage. It is a magical place to disconnect and see and hear the beauty of mother nature all around you. The hosts are so attentive to requests and questions. This is one of the most secluded beautiful escape. While the water was cold so happy we were able to do two dips. I hope to back.

A beautiful area with a view of the open ocean to the left. Not a bad location for sightseeing as most places are within about one hours drive. Quiet and peaceful with lots of great blue herons, osprey, seals, etc. Plenty of areas to sit and enjoy the surrounds weather permitting. No mosquitos or bugs which was a big plus from where I had come from before where that area was like visiting Alaska and one couldnt even go outside to take a photo w/o being attacked.

Loved it. The views are spectacular. You literally are on the ocean front. Birds and deer and bunnies were seen. Highly recommend this cute and cozy cottage.

My stay at Rock Haven exceeded my expectations on all fronts. The surrounding scenery was so beautiful and peaceful, the cottage so, so cute and well appointed. For anyone looking to eacape to a private, coastal retreat in NS this is your destination!

this was our 2nd year to stay at rock haven and probably not our last. the cottage supplied every thing we needed and the location , dock, kayaks and locals provided great entertainment for our stay
