Quiet, clean and newly renovated home (built 1989) awaiting your stay! It is the perfect getaway for family reunions, short/long-term rentals (inquire about discounts), game weekends, WFH space or just a relaxing retreat. Nine-minute drive to University of Oregon, Downtown Eugene, thirteen-minute drive to Hayward Field and a twenty-three-minute drive to Eugene Airport. Ample selection of hiking/walking trails and parks nearby. Close to food trucks, restaurants, bars, grocery stores.

Literally one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed at! The kitchen was one of the best we’ve ever had every kitchen item you might need was there. The toiletries in the bathrooms were the best and linens were stocked so well! You will not be disappointed in this vacation rental. We will definitely be back!

Two Family Trip for Parent's Weekend

Family Stay

We had an amazing stay at this great house in Eugene. The house was perfect for our family and the little touches the host left (welcome basket) made our stay just perfect. This is an amazing property in a very nice, quiet location.

Great house!

This was the perfect house for our family and friends. Plenty of space, beautiful views and very special touches in the kitchen and bathrooms that made us feel extra taken care of :) We will be back!

Fabulous house

We have stayed in this home twice and are really happy with it. The house is really clean, well stocked, organized! It’s in a nice neighborhood and has a fabulous deck. The owners were sweet to leave birthday balloons and a message with snacks for my husband. We will be renting this home again!! Go Ducks!!

Great house with everything and anything you need!

We had a wonderful stay and could not have asked for a better place for our group. Ample bedrooms, space, great bedding and comfortable beds and pillows. Great house!

This house had everything needed for a group of moms and daughters. We had plenty of space to gather together and have privacy, too! House has a modern look and everything was very clean and accessible. Elizabeth was a very helpful host who answered many questions and went way beyond to help with our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Eugene Family Get Together

The Chamber St. house in Eugene Oregon feels inviting upon entering. It was warm with an open floor plan and lots of windows. It has plenty of seating and is nicely appointed. Everything needed was easily accessible. We were able to have a perfect, much anticipated visit with family.

Perfect for group work trip

This home is beautifully settled in a quiet and upscale neighborhood. The host was prompt and took such good care of us. It is so hard to find a home with many bedrooms and this house was perfect. They have taken time to update the house and we had everything we needed for a perfect trip. And, the desk is beautiful!

Absolutely beautiful

Such a great stay. Very easy to find. Easy instructions for entry to the home. Upon entering the house it immediately felt like home. Very clean, spacious & comfy. The bedrooms were cozy, lots of extra clean linens. The hosts were very responsive to our texts. Kitchen was stocked wonderfully. Restrooms were as well. Friendly & quiet neighborhood. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

Perfect for graduation weekend!

The pictures and description doesn't do the property justice. The house is beautiful and had every amenity you could ever want or need. It was perfect for our family during UO graduation with so much room for us to host a casual dinner for 10 with plenty of seating, plates, utensils, and glassware. Wish we had time to enjoy the outside patios and the beautiful scenery but we were driving back and forth to campus. It's about a 12 minute drive so if you're looking for a place where you can walk to UO, this isn't it, but if you're looking for a place to relax away from campus that's quiet and spacious, this is the place. Elizabeth was always so kind and attentive to any inquires, the perfect host! Thank you for making our graduation weekend so relaxing! Highly recommend!

Wonderful house for football weekend

The house was perfect for six friends to enjoy time together and a short drive to Autzen Stadium to watch the game. Very quiet neighborhood, well appointed house with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Track Nationals

After the bad experience we had last year in Sacramento we were hoping for a clean place to retreat to after long days out at the track and this was definitely the place. This house was amazing and it greatly exceeded expectations. Spacious, modern, and immaculate cannot begin to describe this home. Everything we needed in order to unwind at the end of the day was there. Multiple grocery stores and restaurants were close by and that came in handy when we were headed back home each night.

We were in town for a swim meet with extended family and this house was PERFECT for all of us...including our dog Bear. The house was very well maintained and clear - especially for such a pet friendly home. We will definitely be back in the future! Thanks!!

The property was perfect

The house was set up extremely well and many thoughtful extras for guests. Snacks and wine for guests, lots of towels and thoughtful to have makeup towels. Air purifiers in every room. We greatly appreciated all cleaning products contained natural ingredients and no chemicals. Elizabeth and Moussa were so sweet with so many things during our stay. One story, I messaged asking if they had a crockpot. They messaged back they did not and sweetly apologized. I messaged back, “oh no, no rice pudding for breakfast”. They bought a crockpot for the house immediately. But not only did they do that, they placed it on the front door step and messaged me instead of coming into their own home, honoring our privacy. So discreet and sweet. I definitely recommend this property and would stay here again. So spacious, beautiful and a lot of natural light
