Perfect Family Beach House - 1 Block from Ocean

Conveniently located only blocks from downtown Cocoa Beach and the famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, 40 minutes from Orlando and all of the Disney attractions and 20 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center, this adorable beach house is the perfect place to relax after a day of fun in the sun. This property has recently been professionally remodeled and decorated with beautiful tile floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, etc.

This home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bath with extra large shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two twin beds for the kids. Linens are provided. Just bring your own beach towels.

The sectional sofa in the living room provides plenty of seating as well as cable TV with surround sound speakers and a CD/DVD player. There is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen complete with coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots/pans, etc.

The back yard features a private pool, dining area and gas grill. There is also an outdoor shower - perfect for rinsing off the sand from the beach only a block away. This property also has a washer/dryer and a garage for storing all of your beach gear. Beach wagon with 4 beach chairs, beach toys, and portable radio is available for your use.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect! The beds were comfortable and the outdoor space was perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. The host was responsive, friendly, and made the entire experience seamless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect beach vacation!

The home was nice and the pool area fantastic. We had a great stay and Sam was responsive when I had questions. One thing I would recommend is to let guests know that they will need to bring or shop for toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Other than that it was a great property!

Very nice location!! Nice pool!! When not at the beach, we just loved chilling out in the fenced backyard by the pool. Beds were very comfortable. Owner was easy to reach if we needed anything. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent house with a fenced yard, private pool, and a 3 minute walk to the beach. Included is everything you need down at the beach: chairs, umbrellas, cooler, games, and a wagon (though we didn't use it because there are a few stairs at the beach). There are also bikes though we didn't try them out. Pool noodles and floats are also provided. The Downtown area is a short drive up the road where there are lots of great restaurants, tiki bars, and even a monthly street festival. We were also lucky enough to see a rocket launch from the backyard!

This was the perfect house for my family of four. The weather wasn't in our favor for very long during this trip, with very high winds and lots of rain. We felt safe in the house and had plenty of puzzles, TV games, and reading material to get us through our stay. Location was phenomenal- minutes from restaurants, downtown CB, and one block from the beach. Home was clean and very well-appointed. For the brief time we were able to enjoy the pool and grill, we took advantage! Owners were very responsive. Highly recommend!

Lovely house, beautiful pool, in a great location. It had its quirks like any rental, but overall was a great value and wonderful stay. It is a great place to watch rocket launches! The beach was a very short walk (be ready for stairs if you plan to use a wagon) and not crowded at all. The pool was clean, convenient, and a big hit with the family. It is rather deep, so anyone 4ft and under will need to be a strong swimmer or use floatation. Luckily for our youngest there was a child sized life vest and other floating toys available. As another review stated, it would be nice to have a heads up that garbage bags and paper products are not fully stocked. It was a little inconvenient to not have a door separating the bedroom from ensuite bathroom, but it is easy enough to work around. The shower was very nice in the ensuite bath, but not as easy to use (particularly when assisting kids) in the main bathroom. All in all, we would stay again.

The host Sam was awesome. Any questions I had. He immediately contacted me back, but the state was so peaceful and the backyard was very private. The pool was huge. All the staples were in the kitchen walking distance to the beach in between 7 AM and 10 AM it’s a dog beach, which we loved. Definitely recommend. Can’t wait to go back.
