The Space:

This gorgeous Old Town home is the perfect location for your family to spend the winter. With access to the Town Lift at Park City Mountain Resort just 200 yards from the front door and Main Street within short walking distance, you will never be hard pressed for things to do. When you decide it is time for an evening in, this home will not disappoint. From the heated driveway to the kitchen fully equipped with Viking appliances, no corners were cut in the design of this mountain residence.



You enter the property through the one-car garage or front door and are greeted by a great room that includes the kitchen, dining room, and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped and surrounded by beautiful dark cabinetry and granite countertops, offering seating for four at the kitchen bar and an additional six at the dining table. The living room features comfortable furnishings surrounding a gas fireplace and a 42" HDTV. Just outside on the deck, a gas BBQ runs on a natural gas line so you will never run out of fuel while entertaining.



Downstairs, you will find a den area with a cozy queen-size sofa sleeper positioned in front of a second 42" HDTV, making it a perfect place to watch the game. This level also houses a master bedroom suite with a queen bed and an attached bathroom featuring a glass-enclosed shower and a free-standing tub. A third bedroom with a queen bed is located on this floor, along with a full laundry room and a beautiful bathroom in the hallway. On the top floor, one flight up from the entry, is a second private master suite featuring a queen bed, a private bathroom, and a very large walk-in closet.
