The Island House Villa Condominiums are conveniently located in Sea Palms Resort & Golf Community mid island. This spacious villa has amazing views of the lagoon and 18th fairway of Sea Palms Resort Golf Course. A perfect get-away whether you are planning a family vacation, romantic weekend or a golfing adventure. Without ever leaving the island, you will find a wide range of activities to fill your days and nights. The Pier Village is a short drive and offers shopping and dining as well as bike and kayak rentals. Only a half mile south of the Pier Village you will find the Coast Guard Station/East Beach Access. This is a favorite destination for locals and visitors alike.

Bringing the little ones? Baby equipment is available for rent during your stay through Coastal Concierge SSI. Rental includes delivery upon arrival and and pick-up.

This property is so easy....the layout is nice that you can be together or have your own space. Perfect location to the pool, for biking and getting around the island. Great community with helpful, nice people.

Wonderful stay

This property is spacious and well equipped. Has all the amenities needed. When the golf course is complete it will be a golfers haven.

Beautiful Views and Very Quiet!!

Everything was great!- Great views, very comfortable and quiet. We would rent again for sure. One thing- coffee pot needs to be replaced as it has rust in bowl and on burner.

It was perfect,clean and beautiful

We enjoyed our stay! Walking in the villa we were amazed at the cleanliness,we could not have stayed no where different.The area was quite and peaceful! Miss Seymor had everything you could have asked for this was home away from home in fact I hated to leave.

Fantastic location

We thoroughly enjouyed the property. Exactly on the 18th fairway tee box at Sea Palms. The road is quiet, not many golfers and they all were quiet and respectful. The neighbors were nice. I highly recommend Brogans North for dinner, their local fish options are fantastic. I will definitely stay again.

The views were amazing and interior exactly as pictured. Nice neighbors and pet friendly. Walkable, scenic neighborhood. Although it was a little chilly my grandkids enjoyed the pool. We had 3 adults and 2 children and everyone had their own space. Alisha was very responsive to any concerns. The inside renovations were nicely done. It is an older villa so there is outside wear and older kitchen appliances. That being said, the kitchen was well equipped and everything worked well. Very peaceful views overlooking the lagoon and golf course. I would stay again.

The view

What a peaceful place to celebrate the holidays. Everything was so close. The kitchen was fully stocked for meal prep, and the view across the lagoon to the marsh and golf course was perfect. Plenty of room to entertain and enjoy company.

Nice, clean, relaxing location.

Enjoyed our stay here. Quiet location on the golf course. Clean and roomy. Well-equpped kitchen and a tv in each bedroom. Comfortable beds. Close to restaurants. Alisha is easy to work with. We had one minor problem upon arrival that she handled immediately. We would stay here again.

Nice place for multi-week visit

This is a very nice condo in a picturesque mid-island neighborhood. The building looks a little dated from the outside, but the condo itself is beautifully decorated, well-equipped, very clean and comfortable.We enjoyed the expansive view from the big sliding doors on both floors at the back of the condo as well as the easy access to several good local restaurants, the grocery store and the bike/running path that runs through much of the island.It’s a short, pleasant drive to Pier Village and Coast Guard Beach from the neighborhood, A dog-friendly property with wide, walkable streets as well. We’d definitely stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood in the middle of a golf course on St. Simons Island

Villa was clean and had one of the best stocked kitchens. Alisha was very helpful and easy to talk to and contact. The villa was freshly painted but could use some new furnishings. Beds were very comfortable. We had some issues with noise our first night because of some gutter damage from Hurricane Irma but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great Getaway

From the property to the Island in general, we had a fantastic vacation. Alisha was prompt with her replies and helpful when I needed some options for afternoon excursions. My husband and father enjoyed playing the golf course at Sea Palms one day and another in nearby Brunswick. My daughter and her friend shopped at the Pier and we all loved the local restaurants when we would gather for dinner at the end of each day. Our two miniature Schnauzers paraded around Sea Palms and made new friends on their daily walks. Townhouse was perfect size for our group.

Million dollar view

The view from the balconies was amazing. It was quiet and peaceful. Some boards on the balcony are westhering and are in need of updating but not treacherous. There was even a small gator in the pond that we got to watch - from a distance of course. The pool wasn't open but some of the permanent residence let us play anyhow. Very relaxing visit and for cheaper than a hotel!

Very Nice. Convenient, comfortable and clean.

We stayed in the condo while at Saint Simons for a wedding and extended weekend. 4 adults with 2 dogs. We had a wonderful, relaxing time during our stay. The condo is located right next to the 18th green on the Sea Palms golf course and offers a great view of a lake and the 18th fairway. Very quite, peaceful neighborhood, great for bike riding, jogging or walking. Highly recommend. Alisha was on top of everything. Wonderful and complete service.

A work in progress

The location was great. Peaceful with almost daily appearance of the neighborhood alligator. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of glasses, dishes, etc. On the down side, the igniter on the grill was broken, the cable box in the 2nd bedroom was missing, and the dishwasher was old and tired. I had to manually scrub the stained coffee cups. However, the shared bath had been recently renovated. It appears that the owner may be remodeling over time. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the neighbors were lovely.

Right on the golf course!

We were in St Simon to watch a college golf tournament at Sea Island GC and this location was perfect! 2 minutes to/from the clubhouse, which was very convenient given that was the only reason we were there. The condo was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking/eating, and the property mgr was very responsive. I sent her some private feedback separately about this unit that I would recommend they address. These condos are older units and a few parts of this one have been updated. Not related to the condo at all - but the gnats were relentless while we were there in early March, despite being breezy which is supposed to help.

Golf Trip/ Georgia/Florida game

This property is located right on the 18th tee box of Sea Palm golf course. The location is awesome. The condo and it’s furnishings are very dated. It is well supplied with plenty of cook ware and linens. If our wives would have been with us they would’ve been complaining constantly about this place. Since it was just guys……we were content. It’s just tired!

Beautiful Stay

We loved the proximity to Sea Palms and Sea Island this unit provides. It also has multiple decks to enjoy the quiet views of the golf course. The neighbors are friendly & welcoming and helpful. The owner has all the amenities you need, including utensils and plates, so you don’t have to keep washing dishes, which is a plus for vacation! Our family also loved the walks in the neighborhood. We will look forward to many more visits here in the future!

Girls’ Trip

Delightful place to stay. Plenty of room and everyone had their own bed. Three bathrooms was nice with two teenage girls. Next door neighbors were a delight to talk with. Beautiful view of the lake and 18th hole. I would definitely book it again. Close proximity to the pool was a plus.

Nice floor plan

Good floor plan with bedrooms up and common space down. Location is excellent; next to Sea Palms Golf Course. Could use more attention to cleaning.
