Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about 41 The Moorings. We’re glad the AC and master bed met your needs, and we apologize that several other aspects of the unit fell short of expectations. We take these concerns seriously and will share your notes with the homeowner. Our maintenance team will be asked to inspect and address the slow drains, noisy shower faucets, and the broken trashcan foot plate. Housekeeping will be notified to replace the broom and perform a deeper clean, and we will have the vents and den furnishings evaluated for cleaning or replacement as needed. Had we been notified during your stay we would have worked to resolve these issues right away. Thank you again for your comments — they help us improve — and we hope you’ll consider Island Rentals of Hilton Head for a future stay.
